This product has a good quality for the price! BUT i got a 7 inch screen and there is slight gaps around the area it will fit BUT be advised there may be really small gaps around the area besides from that really cant complain its not thay noticeable unless you’re really looking at it.

I'm was planning to use this kit to install a Kenwood DNX575S into my 2013 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali. The kits supplied by another source was a terrible fit - the head unit sat way too deep and had gaps on either side. The Scosche kit would have worked with some trimming, but still didn't appear as stock. AT the same time I purchased theBest Kit BKGMK318 Double DIN Installation Dash Kit for 2006-2013 Chevrolet Vehicles, since both of these kits were only a few dollars each.The Best Kit is an absolutely perfect, factory appearance kit. It has no gaps and adjustable depth of the head unit for a flush fit. Although this Scosche kit may very well fit some other dashes and head units just fine, for my application it would not have been satisfactory, so I returned it.

Very easy to assemble and install. The storage area could stand to be a bit deeper, CD cases don't go all the way in either way you put them. But I'm quite happy with the fit and look of the product.

this product looks and feels like it was going to be great but the fit is trash. It is very hard to get it to line up because the screw holes are not small and accurate. Even after you make it as center as possible it stresses the dash overlay when snapped in completely. Will be purchasing something else
