Scotty #415 Slip Discs allow you to make micro adjustments to your rod holder or any of our Scotty Rod Holder Height Extenders. These discs when placed between the rod holder post and Scotty Rod Holder, allow you to obtain infinite adjustment angles.

A good way to get infinite adjustment from an economical rod holder. When installed the holder is locked at any position you choose.

Scotty rod holders have a big gap between gear teeth. These slip disks solved that problem quickly. They also make the holder quicker and easier to adjust.

These should be standard on every one of their mounts that can use them. Its simple...they make their product work the way it should anyway. I cannot knock them because they do an excellent job of making their mounts which are really limited in adjustablility that much more adjustable. In short if you want to make a scotty mount really good then you must buy these.

I have Scotty rod holders with extenders in my kayak. I have these in every connection. I love being able to adjust my rod holders to be exactly where I want them with out having to unscrew the knobs very much (no danger of losing one in the drink). With the knobs tightened these hold position really well and to make and adjustment I just need to loosen the knobs a little bit. I really like these.

one slice is perfect for the rocket launcher on each side on the kayak, (simple lift up and down, no need to wind, unwind to adjust your rod angle)

I was skeptical when buying these. Thought they would slip easily. I was wrong, they do not slip. At all. You don't even need to tighten them that much! They also come with the extra longer bolt, if you were wondering!!!
