This spline worked very well. I was able to do all of my window screens and it went into the groove nicely. I discovered a neat trick, I brushed a tiny bit of cooking oil into the groove prior to pushing the spline in and that helped it go in quicker. You absolutely need one of the wheel tools though, don't try it without one.

Perfect for replacing screens. Ordered correct size and 100 feet to replace house screens. Have completed 5 windowss so far. Quality is great also good price for 100 feet. So far has held up with temps well over 100 degrees. Bought the tool so installation was super easy with 2 people to help keep the screen straight. Highly recommend. Just check you size.

I decided to buy a bag of spline just because I have a retriever for some reason every so often likes to push out a certain screen panel. This goes an easy and beautifully.

The material was soft enough to push down into the groove and the splines held the screen in place.
