I have had a Ring video doorbell for a number of years. I always store the tool to remove it from the door for charging the battery in the same place. But I this time I could not find it, even with the bright orange handle. It isn't in its usual place, and I've looked everywhere. I tried all of the tools in my toolbox, nothing fit. I did an internet search to find out what tool was needed. I saw that it was available on Amazon at a very good price. I didn't look any further. Even then, I wasn't sure it would arrive before the battery died completely and wasn't sure it would fit because I've had my Ring doorbell for such a long time. Hooray! It is a perfect fit and it arrived well before it was supposed to arrive (I live overseas).
