Well made strap, all connections are sewn so you don't have to worry about the straps slipping through the buckles. I don't take my mask off until completely out of the water, so I use the lower loop to secure the strap flat and use the upper loop to hold my fins.

The clip feels like solid brass. The quick release clips feel solid as well. The fact that there is two of these on one strap allows for multiple uses. Certainly could be used for scuba diving. Moms can use this for baby bags and a purse clipped to something. It can be used for two lighter bags clip to a carry-on roller. Solid.
