I ordered these and returned them. I opted to go with swivels. They were a good product and seemed perfect to protect the fitting/hose.Update: the swivels made me crazy. It’s not good to have a primary reg that can swivel behind you. I reordered two of these and am getting rid of the swivel.

I have always used hose protectors on both ends of my low pressure hoses. When I switched to MiFlex hoses I purchased ScubaPro protectors for both ends of the MiFlex hoses.Installation is problematic by hand without a tool. In the end I ordered an installation tool and used a hair dryer to heat the protector to enable pulling it over the end of the hose. Overall installing four protectors only took minutes.
