I was concerned about not getting the right size straps for my fins. I have XX-Large Scubapro Jet fins, dive a drysuit with size 13 combat style boots, and the XXL size straps were perfect.These straps do come with the mounting pins, which have locking nuts. It takes a little effort to get the holes to line up, but wasn’t too difficult.

Yes I like the Scuba pro Springs and they are very comfortable too.

To install these straps you’ll need to grind and/or cut the metal loops for the original rubber straps. I used a Dremel with a cutoff wheel to sand down the rivets and they easily popped off after that.The spring straps are fantastic. Quick and easy plus they’ll probably never fail like rubber (or are less likely to fail). Inside the springs there is a string that will retain the springs in the event that they ever break.
