When you have that person in your life that seems to have everything - this was the perfect birthday gift for my 25 year old. She and her husband are both artsy and enjoy doing "projects" together. I have not seen any finished item yet but I suspect much of the joy for the will come from the process.Item was well packaged. Arrived next day.Recommend.

I bought this for my mom for Mother’s Day after we had talked about wanting to try to make a particular ceramic that would require a kiln. I researched this pretty heavily and felt confident it MIGHT work for our purposes. I am so impressed! The clay and finished products feel nothing like typical air clay. This clay is heavy and so is the finished product. They never dry out to those lightweight results of typical air dry clay. We have our items a layer of the white acrylic paint to seal them before painting them with other acrylic paints we had for decoration. We finished with the gloss coating and they are precious! We are going to see how they hold up to weather in flower pots outside. They may melt away but with how sturdy and sealed they feel, I have high hopes!

This kit is a fun way to spend an evening or two or three. It comes with two big packs of clay, at first I didn’t think it would be enough for me and my fiance but there was enough clay to make more than two objects! The clay doesn’t dry out too fast, so far my vase seems to be holding up very well. One of the pedals on my flower fell off but I glued it back on. It brought white paint and varnish, so I bought a $6 pack of acrylic paint on Amazon. This kit is definitely worth the money. It’s making me want to take pottery classes!

Bought this for Valentine's day because my partner and I had been craving something creative and it was so fun to do! They have tons of "How To" videos online and we watched a couple while we worked and it was sooo easy! We are total beginners who have never done pottery before but honestly since that one time we have fully invested in pottery supplies and do it almost daily now.Warning, doing this activity is a little messy BUT easy to get off any surface.

My paint came dried out and unusable. Overall it was a fun kit, but for the price I am disappointed I cannot use the paint.

Came without any damage. When opened, everything was nicely packaged. And the essentials are all there if you are a beginner in clay. Would recommend.
