Usage instructions
For iOS users:
One-way transfer via the iOS built-in Photos app for iOS 9.2 to iOS 12.4 users .
This iOS built-in "Photos" app can only recognize digital camera photos and videos, not other files and can only transfer digital camera photos and videos from memory card to iPhone or iPad.
- The Photos app automatically pops up when the Oyuiasle SD card reader is inserted.
- Long press on a thumbnail in the Photos app to view the full resolution directly.
- Select photos and videos. Import with one click and share to social media quickly and easily.
Two-way transfer via the iOS built-in Files app for iOS13 or later users
This iOS built-in "Files" app is a key tool for iOS to access external memory cards. On your iPhone or iPad, you can access ,organize and edit your files of external memory card in the iOS built-in Files app.
- Plugged it into your iPhone, inserted the SD card from the camera into it.
- There's no automatic pop-up window, you need to manually pulled up the “Files” app and go to the NONAME (or “Untiled”, which is the name of the memory card) drive to be able to upload any picture to your iPhone.
- You can copy move edit or even delete any files on the memory card just like operating on computer, and of course you can copy photos from memory card to iphone, or download photos videos from iPhone to memory card.
For Mac, laptops, tablets or android users: No driver is required - simply plug and play.
Warm tips for android users:
- Please ensure that the memory card format is FAT32/EXFAT, as most phones or tablets do not support NTFS.
- Please enabled your OTG function on your USB-C Android devices before plugging in.

This card reader is a wonderful and simple to use device which helps transfer all kinds of data from one medium to your iOS device very efficient whether that which you which you wish to transfer is stored on a SIM card or a card reader. I use it for a variety of purposes. I’m a photographer and my DSLR camera uses a card reader. I find it difficult to take a critical and acute look at the details of of a photo through any of my cameras’ viewfinders. This device allows me to pop the card reader out of my camera and transfer my shot to my iPhone for a large, detailed view literally in under seconds so that I can see if any camera settings like ISO, aperture, shutter speed etc need an adjustment on my camera to capture the shot I want. I have a front and rear continuous loop ‘dashcam’ recording system in my car which records to a SIM card. Some time ago I was involved in a motor vehicle accident in which I was assumed to be at fault because I hit someone from behind. Very dazed, I just accepted a ticket from the police. However, I popped the SIM card out of my recording system, sent a copy to my insurance company after downloading the incident from the SIM card, using this device, to my phone and when I went to court I was able to play it for the judge. Clearly the other driver was at fault and I was exonerated. Thanks in large part to this device. It is user friendly, stores tons of data and is versatile enough to be used in a multitude of situations. Definitely recommend this.

I needed a way to download pictures from SD cards to my iPhone and this reasonably priced SD Card Reader worked perfectly for my use case. No additional app required, I just plugged it in to my iPhone and was able to download the pictures and videos in the card to my iPhone. Definitely easy to use; plug-and-play functionality. It is also compact and portable and hardly takes any room on my sys haulers or backpack. I can finally retire my old canon point and shoot that I used to view pics and vids on the sd card.

Seems to work good for my dash cam vids to my iphone . It does not import like photos or video by simply plugging in . In order for you to down load you must go to your “file “ app on phone , plug in device and it should pop up in files .

Makes uploading so easy! I use it on my ipad but it works with any Apple device. Once plugged in go to files & you’ll be able to save to your device.

I only used this photo importing device once, and it wiped my entire SD memory card.I’ve had this SD card for a few years now.I had about 30-40 photos total stored on the SD card. When I tried to import the photos to my iPhone using this device, it showed no images available to import. So I removed the SD card and tried uploading the photos to my computer (as I’ve done several times in the past) which also came up blank.At that point, I removed the SD card from my computer and tried putting it back into my digital camera. When I turned the camera on, the screen began to glitch on and off with an error message that said, “card cannot be read†and the camera lens was closing and opening. I panicked and turned the camera off because I was afraid it was about to mess up my camera or something!I’ve never seen anything like this happen.I tried turning on the camera again without the SD card in it, and it worked totally fine.It’s like somehow the SD card caught a virus the moment I put it into the import device.I brought my SD card to a Camera/Photo shop in hopes I could recover the photos, but the man who worked there said the card was completely wiped and no longer readable. He also believes that the card must’ve caught a virus from using the import device, because there was no other explanation as to why this would happen.I looked through these reviews to see if maybe someone might’ve had the same experience as I did, but nothing like this has been reported by anyone else!I guess that means I’m just extremely unlucky lol. I was pretty sad about losing my photos, but it is what it is and I bought a new memory card.However, I’m nervous to try using the import device again. I’m convinced that the device I received was defective, so I will not be using it.For this reason, I’m going to give the device a one star rating

I love the ease using the card reader it was suggested to me as an alternative method of downloading photos from my camera instead of using a cable transfer from my camera to my computer

This is an excellent little adapter! I used it during a trip to back up photos from an Android phone, and it worked out of the box. It’s also compatible with iPhones, making it a versatile option for different devices.The transfer speed was fast, and there were no issues or error messages from the phone. There’s no setup required, though you do need to navigate through the menu to find the storage and access your flash drive or memory card.Overall, a reliable and convenient adapter, highly recommended!
