Who really orders if its not on Prime? Well i didn’t until now, it arrived quickly without delay and appears to be solid. Installation us easy and it turned over flawlessly. Good job

Purchased a plastic ign. Switch from west marine and it looked so low quality I just couldn't bring myself to install it on my boat . Found this one on Amazon,much higher quality and half the price! It's been performing perfectly for seven months now .

It worked for a little bit, but then started activating the starter in the on position and not activating the ignition when in the start position. I tested it and discovered it was all messed up, probably shorted out on the inside. My boat, or any boat for that matter, needs a switch to carry way more than 1 amp. Unhappy customer, but too late for return. Recommend you don't buy one of these. Go with Sierra or a known brand.

I bought 2 pair of the plastic ones for my boat, but the nuts that hold them into the panel stripped out. (You could not tighten them enough to keep the mechanism from turning in the dash). These tightened securely, and the keys turn easier than the plastic ones. Also, the keys are double sided, so you don't have to remember if the teeth go up or down.
