These fit my batteries perfect and the little tie down they come with works well. Because these are kept in a hot battery compartment, I did a few things to keep them from getting brittle.1. I gave the whole thing a rub down of Armor All to protect the plastic from the heat. This should keep them supple and keep them from drying out and then cracking over time. Because they are not exposed to anything else but heat (no sun, water, etc) I won't have to wipe on any more for a long time.2. I added some fabric protectant to the tie downs and yet more armor all to the plastic buckle pieces to make sure that the tie downs don't wear out over time. This should help keep everything almost new for years to come.Yes, these are as described and well worth the price if you take a moment to protect them.

These trays are for the larger trolling motor batteries. They fit the batteries perfectly and the quality is good. There are 8 screw locations in the tray, so there is plenty of anchor points to secure the battery.

i was leery about buying this after reading some of the reviews. Disregard them,, this thing is not only worth the money but sturdy with a great wide strap to hold battery. Has 8 lugs to screw down the tray, more than enough to hold any battery,, buy it, yo won't be sorry, Yes, you do have to get your own screws,, no big deal,, i would rather get the size i want anyways.,, at 74 yoa i'm fussy.,, jop

Works great. Easy to install and my XSPower D4700 did right in there. The strap is a little loose though, and isn't able to be tightened down. I feel like it would stop the battery from flying during a wreck though.

Bought a used dump trailer, but the battery would not charge, later found out it had a crack in the bottom of the battery case. The battery did not have a hold-down bracket, so figured before installing a new battery it would be best to install a hold-down tray to keep the new battery from getting damaged. Have used the new battery tray on one trip so far and it did its job with no issues so far.

I had to return this as the location of the side tabs for the hold-down screws prevented it from fitting in my limited space with 2 other battery trays (from TH Marine). The tray is well made and very similar to my other battery trays. It includes a wide, sturdy, hold-down strap with plastic buckles. It does not include any SS screws despite what the package says.

I guess you get what you pay for - expecting a 50 cent strap with a cheap plastic buckle to hold a 50 pound battery in place is asking a bit much. The trays are fine, not the sturdiest but they will do the job. The straps are useless - both of mine broke instantly upon use. Do yourself a favor and buy a good NRS type strap if you want this to work.
