These are easy to use when I take my dogs in and out all day long. They are a quick release and quick to chain up my dogs. They are well made heavy brass.

Good quality spring, corrosion resistant. If they corrode just put a little silicone grease and twist it around. If you want to get fancy, throw them in an ultrasonic cleaner or vinegar solution.

Expected it to be way more heavy duty for the price but it feels pretty flimsy. Wouldn't buy again
