This marine toilet came with a card which provided a weblink to a 4-year warranty. The web form required a serial number as a required field. There is no serial number. I called the Marine Now phone number 7 times. No one ever picked up or returned my calls. Finally, Noelle at Marine Noelle took charge and fixed the situation- upgrading my rating from 2 to 4 stars.

I was upgrading my Raritan hand pump marine toilet for the electric toilet, This has a quiet motor for a typically loud macerator. This model was for fresh water only hook up so you had to have a separate 3.5 gal/min pump dedicated to this toilet. Not a big deal. What was great is that it has its own switch system that is included that has 3 settings. ( bought separately the switch is almost $100.00. ). The full size was a nice upgrade as I had a compact head before and the full size still fit in my space. After 1 month of use the motor was intermittent and finally crapped out. Have not been able to get in touch with customer service and the motor is nowhere to be found on Amazon.

This is one of the least expensive electric heads sold. It is a little low on power but so far functions good
