Perfect for our laundry room. Very quiet and nice to look at. CY was the seller and is truly concerned with your satisfaction. The first toilet was delivered broken. The money was refunded as soon as they received the pictures. The replacement was delivered a few days later in perfect condition. Remodel was completed on our timeline!!

Installed easily, works great!Plan on a few clamps for 1 1/2" inlets, and a big one for the toilet to Macerator connection.I used flexible couplings for the sink and shower connections. I wanted to keep the check valve so I used the supplied outlet connection. Just cut it off to accommodate the 1" pipe. Then used a 1" discharge pipe with a solvent union so that I can completely remove Macerator. The discharge pipe wanted to rattle and bang, so I added a bracket to keep it still.Strong pump, good flush.

The toilet works but the factor seat is extremely uncomfortable. I tried to install a padded seat but the bolt holes do not line up properly. I did get it to work but had to rig it. Other than the seat, it works great

This company knows how to properly package and ship a heavy/fragile product. It arrived very well and securely packaged. It was a bit bigger than I thought, but even better. I installed it in an RV, small space. It is a true throne among other toliets. Works great and looks great!
