I have used this product for around a year now.In one sentence, I am IN LOVE.It has held up well for the past year, delivering consistent heat. I put it on top of my mattress liner and it is soft and comfy to lie directly on top of it. I am a petite woman, and it's just long enough to cover my body from under the neck comfortably.Heat setting 2 is enough if you want just a little more heat with a thick blanket during winter.Heat setting 5 lets you sleep in summer blanket during winter. It remembers the heat setting and auto shut off timer setting so all I have to do before I go to bed is click the on button. I love how simple this set up is.I have not yet gone above the 5 setting since I did not need it to be hotter. This has let me sleep so much better at night during winter. My husband prefers it colder so having it just on my side made us both happily fall a sleep. Since I only want it on my side I got a smaller size than the bed, just laid it on top of the sheets and it doesn't move too much while I sleep. Definitely worth the money, would highly recommend.Only complaint, It works too well my cats love it and I kind of have a hard time getting into my bed spot now.

Love the mattress warmer. The depth of the side panels are a plus as we have both a mattress with a raised top and a foam mattress pad. This warming pad tucks in nicely despite my extra bulky mattress. My only fear is that the controllers are so light, I am afraid the weight of the cords will pull them off the table. I have anchored them for more security.LOVE, LOVE, the warm bed, We get into a really cosy warm bed every night, turn the dial back a little and sleep all night.

This is a great heated mattress pad. It's very warm at the highest setting. And I mean so warm you will be uncomfortable. But that's a good thing because you can adjust it to your liking. Especially if you sleep with a partner who prefers different settings. This really has improved our winter sleeping. We do not need to run heat in the house at night because of this.Negatives: The controls have some issues. The button clicks are LOUD. No big deal during the day but in the middle of the night when you want to change something - CLICK CLICK CLICK. It's enough to wake somebody up. Also, the screen is bright blue. It illuminates the room if you sleep in the dark like most humans. Combine that with the button clicks and you may wake somebody up.Overall great. Needs some design improvements for humans that prefer to sleep in quiet dark environments.

I bought both this Sealy queen mattress pad and a Sunbeam Queen dual control pad. THIS PAD IS MUCH BETTER. Do not bother with the Sunbeam pad!The Sealy pad wins out in every way:• the controller’s backlight turns on only while changing settings.• each side of the pad actually heats separately.• the cord-to-pad plugs are on the underside of the pad at the very bottom edge— no risk of kicking the connection in the night.• the heat controls are reasonable: low is low, high is high, and each number provides an appropriate increase in temperature. The only critique I have is that each side requires a separate outlet— we live in an older home and outlets are not plentiful.Meanwhile, the Sunbeam pad seemed to be a fire hazard:• the lowest setting was SO hot. I would have to turn it off after 20 minutes and then wonder why I had a heated mattress pad at all.• the plug was in the center of the pad, 6 inches up from the foot of the bed, which we both kicked at night.• the controller stayed lit with a blue light the entire time it was on• both sides would heat even when only one controller was on.If you are between these two, the increase in cost from Sealy matches an increase is quality and performance.

This is not my first - so I knew what to look for when buying this one. We have a king bed and the heater always bunched to one side or another. Had it 4 years and when It quit I knew what to lot for, so to stop the bunching I bought a twin size and did one side of the bed. My wife bought a cheaper brand and put that on her side. Hers stopped working in less then a weeks time, was made very cheaply. So while that is being returned I bought wife the same twin size that I bought for me.So we are both happy, not just a matter on one versus the other; her side no more bunching up, and of myself side shifts easy to fix one side and it does not move a lot just a bit. I am a restless sleeper. Quality of the mattress pad seems to be built a very nice quality it fit the mattress purple perfectly gave plenty of material to fully cover the bed, the heater heats evenly from one side to the other, and from the back from the top to the bottom the heater control gives you time setting and degree of setting Very nice easy to use. Easy to understand doesn’t make any noise. It’s just all very nice. You will not be disappointed. If you were my brother, I would strongly advise him to buy this particular brand unit at Amazon. I really would.

Very happy with this, especially purchase on a cold night. Easy to use and love the timer. I typically like it cold for sleeping and this mattress warmer gives me just enough warmth and time to fall asleep.I did layer it under my mattress cover and don’t feel the coils at all.

Pros: fits a very deep mattress really well. Fabric is soft and overall appears to be well madeCons: doesn’t get very hot, even when on high for 3 hours; heat doesn’t go all the way to the edges- it stops about an inch from the edge so there are cold spots all along the edges; no light to let you know if it is on or notIt’s just okay, but is nothing special. Not sure I’d get it again, esp. for the price

I love this heating pad, expecially in the winter. I have it under a thin piece of memory foam and it works wonders and keeps the foam warm. A must have in the winter time.
