Took my time putting it together following the very simple to understand instructions. Some people might notice that it’s heavier at the start of the pull then gets easier at the end, it’s by design. That’s exactly the way a row is supposed to be. When I want constant tension thru out the pull I hook it up to my functional Trainer , but you can hook up bands to it also.

It's rare that an item arrives in a condition that's better than the pictures. The swivel handles specifically are better and more refined than promised. I'm waiting on my weights in the mail so I tried it with elastic fabric bands and it worked. 5 stars

assembly was very easy. One person can do it, but two is easier.the parts are less than what I hoped for, but you get what you pay for. for the price, this is a good piece of equipment.it had a few imperfections. a few pieces had excess welding, making it difficult to connect them together. you'll be able to work around that.most of the stress will be placed on a bar held to the device with bolts. if I had welding skills, I would have added a support piece. see attached.

Bought this seated row for my home basement gym. This piece is sturdy and appears to be good value.Assembly is easier if you have a rachet wrench at home.
