I love love love this rowing machine. I use it multiple times a week. I also own an elliptical and a total gym. I wanted a rowing machine so I could work more muscles simultaneously. For gym rats, this machine may not have hard enough settings. But for a 69-year-old woman, the eight levels of difficulty are plenty. It was easy to put together. I only wish I would have bought one of these years ago.

For a beginner, this is great, but I don’t think it will take long for the need of more resistanceEasy to assemble, machine works well and the option to collapse for more space is a plus.
