Love this, great for working out. Great for Men, Women, and teenagers and kids even ANYONE does not have age limits. It gives a good workout. The only thing 2 things I dislike about it is the speaker isn’t loud enough for me, so I just hook up my own speaker. The other was no instructions. The gloves are very well made.

Item itself was great! Our issue is getting it to stick to the wall without falling. The Velcro straps we received with it aren't all that stickyAnd I don't know where or how to get replacements.

Me, a petite grown woman, and my two elementary-age daughters love using this music boxing machine! It’s fun and gets us moving, though not really a 'workout' per se. It’s hard for the kids to press the buttons with enough force. I can’t use it while my family is sleeping—and that's my prime workout time of day. 1. Even on bluetooth mode, with the volume down, it's still making loud noises. 2. To hit the targets with enough force for the machine to recognize you're hitting them, it will make the wall shake. Not horrible shaking; but definitely enough to wake up the kids.And speaking of kids, it's tough for my girls to hit the machine targets with the force necessary for the machine to recognize a 'hit'. I'm sure that's a plus for more serious users out there.Like others have mentioned, the instructions were nonexistent, and I had to find a video tutorial online to figure out setup. I also made the mistake of placing it too close to the corner, so if my husband wants to use it, he doesn’t have enough elbow room—whoops, my bad!The Velcro straps are long enough to adjust for different heights, which is great for a family of different sizes. However, I don’t punch very hard, so I’d be concerned about wall damage if you really go at it. Also, once those Velcro strips come down, they’ll be peeling paint along with them.I set this up in my workout area in the basement, so the black Velcro doesn’t bother me aesthetically, but if this were in a main living space, it might be an issue. Overall, it’s enjoyable and fun but not an intense workout.

There is no mounting option for walls that do not have a drywall. Meaning that the boxing machine has to be placed on a flat surface. I finally stuck this on the wall and didn't really like that the only option is sticking it with an adhesive on the wall instead of velcro. It's really fun to use, it's basically like a game. I wouldn't count on actually punching hard. This reminds me of bop-it!
