MG in MN explains::) I bought this doorbell for a friend who lives in a senior building. She can't hear when someone knocks on her door, so this was the perfect solution.:) So easy to install. Plug in the two chime units in separated outlets inside the home. Test the two chime units by ringing the doorbell. The factory default ring was perfect for her. I chose the "stick on" installation for the doorbell so as not to drill holes in the woodwork. Works beautifully. Nice chime units that also light up.:/ Works great in a senior building, but unsure of how long it would last outdoors.+ Love this doorbell. Perfect for a senior. Simple operation and install.

It's a nice doorbell with different installation options. I like the quality and sound with easy volume adjustments. It looks nice and easy to use and install. Wish it had better choices for ringtones. There is a variety to choose from but it's according to what your preferences are. I'm happy with my purchase.

Smaller than expected but a perfect fit. Loud enough that we hear it all over the house. Easy to install nothing to it. Love it plugs into the wall sockets out of the way.

The transmitters came paired to the receiver. It was easy to set up different ring tones for the two transmitters. There are plenty of ring tones to choose from, some of which are quite humorous, if that's your bent. The transmitters mounted easily to my door frames with the included adhesive strips, and a small blue confirmation light flashes when the button is pressed. Secrui even included an extra set of strips, a thoughtful touch.The receiver is quite small. When plugged into the bottom receptacle of a standard double outlet, it leaves the top receptacle unobstructed, but not by much. Yet I was able to plug two different two-prong plugs, two different two-prong power blocks, and even a grounded three-prong plug into the upper outlet. Good design, Secrui!

You REALLY don't need that many door rings!...and outside button could benefit from being self lit when on standby. Light comes on only when someone is pressing it. Makes hard to find in the dark.Otherwise it works...

I returned the bell as it was purchased on Amazon Singapore, where the UK plug type is standard. Unlike some products that come with interchangeable plug adapters for global use, this item did not include any snap-on replacement adapters. As a result, it requires a separate wall adapter, which compromises the intended slim profile entirely.
