I was so excited to receive my new couch. Looking through the reviews I knew it would show up on multiple days and multiple boxes so I was prepared for that. The boxes that did come stated that if any pieces were missing to simply contact the seller well this kid jumping me back to Amazon am missing both of my corner pieces. I tell Amazon they need to contact the seller. The seller bounces me back to Amazon. Amazon tells me there’s nothing that they can do for me. This is ridiculous and not how you run a business. The sad thing is if everything had showed up this would’ve been an easy five star review because I love the pieces that I got soft and comfortable not so soft you sink in, but not so firm you can’t sit comfortably easy to clean via missing pieces and not standing by your product is unacceptable.

I really love how easy it was to put together and we replaced a rickety couch with this one. It's springy, soft and absolutely comfy to sleep on. It's also perfect for our active toddler who already loves taking the cushions off to use as a jumping cushion! We often have family over and sometimes the bed isn't enough and this couch helps us solve that dilemma perfectly.
