Your cart is empty.Since Sector 9 was founded by surfers in Ja Jolla, California, it’s only fitting that their boards would be heavily surf-inspired throughout the years. This year’s Swell Photo Collection is no different. You’re probably familiar with Ben Thouard’s wave imagery out of Tahiti, as Sector 9 featured his amazing photography on decks in the past. However, they’ve added to their growing list watermen for this collection with photographer Phillip Thurston. Hailing from NSW, Australia, Thurston’s photos often feel more like paintings of fluid motion than captured images, and we’re both stoked and honored to carry boards with his work featured.

I was looking for a board with this shape, it provides me with enough foot space and it's just beautiful. Even though I bought it complete I ended up changing the trucks with and wheels with a set I bout a month before I made this purchase. But overall it handles well and the original complete board is just fine in my opinion.

Just started skating and this board is so easy to ride. Smooth and easy to maneuver. It’s great for cruising and just enjoy the outdoors. Has a sweet tail to practice some manuals and prefect to learn kick flips. Wheels are wide to glide over those huge gaps on the sidewalk. A true sidewalk surfer. A great first board and honestly want to buy a second one just to have a spare.

Really like this board. But I did put 70 mm wheels though.

The board & trucks are some of the best in class. the 58mm wheels that come stock are decent but for you to get maximum enjoyment i would go up to 70mm or 75mm. Oranguatan InHeats or 4President are perfect. I slapped some 75mm inHeats on and this thing is incredible. its so fast and handles amazingly. I hope they keep making boards like this.
