I purchased this item and through various uses, I found it works really well if you loosen the nut up by hand and then use this tool. Itâ€™s also a smarter way to remove a bolt to reduce chance of stripping bolt. It has a great battery life and the customer service team is awesome! 5 stars!

Broken after 10 month os usage. I yried to get it replace by the manufacture who only can get contacted by email and took over a week to replied back at me. They asked for my address, order number and name so they can send me a replacement which also said it'll take 3 weeks to be delivered since it's manufacture is in China. 4 weeks later they emailed me saying the delivery company couldn't find my address and they apologize by the inconvenience. I call it BS

Having used the Milwaukee brand cordless ratchets and being used to that level of quality mine eventually broke and needed a replacement which was not available so I ordered this one hoping that it would work long enough till the Milwaukee ones were back in stock but after using this one for 4 months regularly I am so impressed that I plan on ordering another of theses in 1/4" very surprised at how well they have held up.

Great power! Battery last longer than expected. It functions perfectly. Great value. Comes with a few sockets. Also comes with a cloth bag which is nothing special. I wish that it came with a hard plastic case.
