Bought a few of these to attach to various parts of my wife's and I's bed, etc, for some kink, and I am impressed enough to leave a review. First, our bed frame is a nice one, so I did not want to attach junk to it. These really are top quality, cast *not welded* stainless steel. For items like this, if it was welded, the weld would be the weak point, but these are really solid and have a good weight and heft to them. I did not attach these to concrete, but used the included wood screws. The screws themselves also appear to be top quality. I do a lot of home repair etc, and I am actually impressed that they did not cut a corner here. So anyways, If you are looking for something like this (I bought the closed, not open loop ones), they are worth the money, definitely. Someone may find this helpful, so here are the drill bits I used for the holes. Well first, just put in a smallish pilot hole before using a larger bit so that you can make sure that your hole is going to be good and level. After that, for the screws included in mine, a 1/4 inch drill bit worked like a charm. Because our bed frame cost a little, I tightened the screws manually rather than using a drill. Btw, I forgot to mention this, but because of the quality, they actually look pretty good on our bed lol

Purchased these Seleware Ceiling Mounts to hang a patio swing.Very sturdy, works just as I thought it would.Overpriced, but no worries about the swing coming down.

We used this in a basement ceiling joist to hang our son's sensory swing. I used a number 13 ratcheting wrench to tighten the bolts and it was easy enough, and I don't have particularly strong arms. I haven't installed the second one but if we ever want to get a swing or trapeze or something, I'll just install the second hook on the next joist. I'll probably avoid using the same joist because I'm paranoid about weight distribution even though it's for kids who right now are under 40 lbs. They do grow after all.

I bought these mounts to install a baby swing in my living room and they worked out just about perfect. The mounts themselves are very nice quality but the hardware is cheap and not worth the hassle. Since I was mounting these in wood I picked up some high quality Spax 5/16†x 4†lag bolts from Home Depot for under $4 and installation was a breeze. I would avoid using stainless steel lag screws like the ones included since they tend to be very brittle and snap off while installing.

Enkelt att sätta upp i betongtaket. Sitter bra och känns säker. Borrade 6mm sen 8mm sen 12mm. Skulle rekommendera att köra 10mm också. Var tight ändå men gick bra att hammra in expandern.

I bought these to use as wall anchors for my resistance bands. As the internal wall I was attaching them to was made of stone, I had to purchase some wall plugs (10mm x 60mm Friulsider wall plugs) to screw the supplied M8 x 70mm coach screws into. The result is two very strong attachment points for my bands. The carabiners that come with cheaper resistance-band sets tend to be small and are not easy to click into the sturdy anchors; and so I suggest purchasing a couple of larger carabiners. The use of resistance bands with wall anchors substantially increases the number of exercises you can do. I strongly recommend buying some anchors, especially these ones.
