I slow-travel as a digital nomad. I like to exercise, but obliviously can't travel with weights. I am always looking for versatile exercise equipment thats high quality and lightweight enough to travel around with. I have a pair of gymnastic rings that I often use for deep-stretch pushups. But sometimes I dont have the option to hang my gym rings depending on my location. These pushup bars serve as my alternative. They are well made, stable and ergonomic as others mention. I can't get the deepest stretch with these (since my belly will hit the floor before I can sink deep enough), but I can get pretty darn close. The extra 2 inches of travel distance with the pushup bars is very beneficial for chest hypertrophy over traditional pushups. Overall I like these alot and allow my to belt out high quality pushups that are good for my joints, and still allow me to get a high quality press workout.

These push-up bars are sturdy and comfortable. The design allows for quality push-ups in your desired position. The handles are padded yet firm. I would buy again.

I place these with their lower side away from me and drape my hands over them, fingers draping over lower side and fingertips maybe touching floor for burpees. This helps with my inflexible wrists tremendously. No pain or overuse feeling. The bars are no help with mountain climbers or any exercise with continuous hand contact. Ow. For those I cut spread hand sized wedges out of shipping foam about 2 1/2 or 3" down to 1/4" and 8" wide. Fingertips to the low ends, wrists to the high, I drape my thumbs down one side of each of these and I last much longer than without. Aaah. I can do the moves.

I bought these to replace and old set of pushup bars that were nice and sturdy. I loved the fact that my old ones twisted but alas to my surprise the one side snapped from under me while doing a pushup and I smacked my face off the floor. Needless to say I looked a while to find ones that were more solid and had a nice sturdy base but also wanted good support for my hands. I foud these very comfortable and they are very well made. the base feels great and they feel sturdy. I have them for daily pushups and they work great I don't have pain in my hands like others have stated in their reviews. I find the grips firm but also supportive even when I have sweaty hands that tend to make most things be either slippery or just not last as long. The runner grips are much better than something with a foam handle since you actually have some support with it. These have worked great so far no slipping off or smacking my face on the floor from them breaking. I will buy again when they get old but hopefully that wont be for some time.

Fantastic upgrade over the standard metal tubing push up bars. Nice rubber grip won’t tear like the thin foam padding the tube types do over time.

Nice width and grip. I like that they're slightly angled, so I can flip them around for handstands, etc. I use them on my wrestling mat and they have great surface grip and don't threaten to puncture. It helps that they look nice too. I'm only 180 lbs but would trust these on much more weight, very sturdy.

I can finally do Downward Dog again!My wrists have been too weak for me to hold DD or other yoga positions that require me to put extreme pressure on my hands. These handles provide a wonderful relief for them.
