Once I took off the tape, everything worked perfectly, and I was so relieved!One more pro tip for you, if you have heavy shag carpet, get an 18†x 18†ceramic tile to place the unit on. I am very happy I bought BCHARYA self cleaning litterbox. The set up procure was easy and it’s working flawlessly. The cleaning operation is quiet. After the machine was delivered to my house I kept it next to my old litter boxes for two days so my two skittish cats would be accustomed to it’s presence. Then I transferred the old litter from the old litter box to the new one so they can associate the litter boxes. Then I set the cleaning mode as manual. When they finally used the litter box, I used the manual mode when they were not around to get scared. The joy when I saw the litter in the box! Now, they are more accustomed to it and I set it in automated cleaning mode of cleaning after 10 minutes. I heartily recommend BCHARYA. I bought my granddaughter a Litter Robot 4 at a high price. This one works just as well and less than half the price.

I bought this for my mom. She's 89 and just got a new rescue cat. She's always wanted a cat ever since her last one died at 18 years old. Mom's not as mobile as she used to be and bending down to scoop litter is difficult for her. This automatic litter box is fantastic for her. The housekeeper just picks up the used bag from the holding bin and puts a new one in. Really simple. No mess. I get the informational alerts on my phone so I can keep track of the kitty's weight gain and cleaning etc. She's a rescue that was pretty malnourished, so this is a great feature.

Pros: Good quality product, facilitates your life. I used to clean my cat’s litter box every single day but with this self cleaning litter box I just need to refill the filling every once in a while and take out the waste bag once it’s full which for our cat is once a week.The size is pretty big but we found a good spot for it at home and also among the other self cleaning litter boxes this one was pretty good size.The app works very well, you can see its’ status, even how many times it’s been cleaned and deodorised too.Cons: whenever I load a little bit more of litter filling, the machine dumps excess clean filling together with the waste while self-cleaning, so you can’t load it too much (I only tried to do that cause my cat was staying home alone for a couple of days)The top cover is kinda hard to take off and put back on (you need that to get an access to the loading hole for litter filling)Overall, the litter box does a great job and saves a lot of time.

So I've had thus automatic litter box for almost a week. I have 2 older cats, 10 and 8. They are still adjusting to the change but the future looks promising! The robot works great! I haven't set it to auto mode yet bc I want to give my cats enough time to adjust to the change, but I after I see one has did their business, I tap "clean" on the app and it does the job lol! Easy set up and it came 2 days early! The app does work through a 3rd party, so that kinda sucks but again, I've only had it for almost a week. It definitely is a game changer for me! No more sifting! Love this!

We have used these for a half year. They are strong. Able to hold a heavy load of climbing litter. I’ve had them packed with at least ten pounds of weight to the brim. Tied of the pull. Super strong. But I’m also careful when carrying.These bags with the electric car box have made keeping the car box tidy so simple. They fit perfect. The value for the money is worth every penny. They’re super functional.I do leave an extra box that’s old school in case there’s a problem with the electric box. On occasion there’s an issue. Otherwise, am never going back to regular cat boxes for regular use.With these trust worthy bags hauling the load of heavy litter every few days feel assured. Due to their strength.âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸ðŸ’¯

regular trash bags, not the large square ones needed for the automatic litter box as advertised
