PRODUCT FUNCTION
1.Hour Meter (TOT) Function
- When the engine is off, the display shows the total running time of the engine and remains visible.
- The total hours max value is 99999 H（Accuracy：0.1 H/1 H).
- TOT hours are non-resettable. But automatic clearing when exceeding the maximum value 99999 H.
2.Service timers (SVC) Function
- Countdown tracking time, Reminding maintenance,Such as Air filter Replacement.
- Programmable maintenance interval time from 0-200H.
- When the maintenance time arrives,"SVC" icon will flash to remind you.
3.JOB timer (JOB) Function
- Used to measure the time of a specific job, such as changing the oil.
- By operating the button display, the JOB running time of the engine can be displayed and kept visible.
- JOB timer reading displays from 0 to 99,999 Hours.
- JOB timer can be reset.
4.Tachometer(RPM) Function
- When the equipment is working, the tachometer will record the RPM in real time currently.Range:0-20000 RPM.
- Has 8 different Programmable firing patterns.
- Programmable Alert RPM, red backlit display and warning icon flash to remind the engine speed is out of range.

I was pleasantly surprised at how well it worked considering it was not a directly connected tach but rather turned a sensor over the coil wire. I configured the proper code for my engine, wrapped the sensor wire and it worked the first time and every time since then perfectly. My application is a stationary generator so the tach connection has been very reliable. I may buy another for my zero-turn mower and see how well it does with all the mower's motion and vibration.

Purchased this to fit up to a 2017 Polaris Outlaw 110 EFI (I know, ironic) and it's working great.Got the wire ran and separated / secured off from the frame and other electrical components, raveled around the IGN coil wire 6X and tied off at both ends of the ravel, programmed the device in a couple minutes and voila. Works like a charm.Engine tach comes alive within a second of firing up your engine, and displays a stable / accurate RPM signal. Couldn't ask for a better inexpensive option to get a functioning tach on something like this!

i am older so understanding all the potential settings was confusing but after figuring it out, works very nicely, I can now run my tractor without worrying if I am running it to high

Title says it all. Don't plan on using this on a go kart unless you plan on turning your head 90 degrees to look at the guage. The cable is like 3 feet long. And exte sion coaxial induction cable almost costs more than the unit itself. Also, it shows green backlight. The backlight is only on momentarily while you're using the menu. It gives a fluctuating RPM between 850 and 1650 at idle. It's not even a rough estimate.

I was totally surprised by this little tachometer. It works fantastically and was very easy to mount. Even though I mounted it on a 3-cylinder two-stroke Yamaha outboard, I wound up using the setting for a one cylinder engine. At first confusing, this made sense to me because it mounts on a single spark plug lead. You have to have some idea of what RPM your engine should be idling/running in order to choose the proper setting. Has been working great since, and allowed me to tune for prop pitch and diameter.

Using this to set final rpm’s on rebuilt home generators and it works as it should. Easy to read display albeit it’s designed to view at a slight angle rather than straight on. Enclosed instructions are typical Chinese to English translation so be prepared to “read between the linesâ€.

This is a follow up review after using this product over a month! The inductance tester wire came out of the unit, it was clearly only cold soldered into the meter rendering it worthless, so I rturned it to amazon! Other than this one bad experience I have always purchased from amazon because they stand for a strong custommer satisfaction program!

Mauvaise qualité, les RPM sont complètement incorrectes et changent selon l'endroit où l'appareil est positionné et encore pire s'il est tenu à la main. Bon pour la poubelle. Je déconseille !!
