I bought this litter box to replace a 5 year old Litter Robot 2, which was barely working. After nearly 2 months, I’m still very happy with it!Pros:- Very easy to set up and clean. I use Arm & Hammer Slide litter and so far that combo manages odor very well.- The app is pretty good. I like the push notifications to change the litter and empty the waste bin. It also tracks each cat’s use behavior, which is helpful for vet visits.- Device rotates and operates quietly.- The low threshold makes it easier for my 2 older kitties to step in and out, and the compact size is great for apartments.Cons:- The mat that comes with it is really good at capturing excess litter, but I wish it was easier to clean. I have to turn it upside down and just let the litter fall onto the floor to vacuum it up, which is a bit messy.- There is a ridge inside where the soft floor meets the hard walls, and urine/litter gets stuck on it. I wish it was more seamless.- It requires special bags for the waste bin due to the unusual size.Overall I’m very happy with this purchase and would recommend!

I’ll start with the fact that it isn’t the easiest to fill or empty, but since we have it tucked into a corner, that also doesn’t impact us much at all. The big reasons we got it was because one cat already used the litter regularly enough to need cleaning twice a week, and boy was he stinky when he did. Now with a kitten as well, we only have to clean about weekly and it’s helped with the smell so much. Note, we didn’t change litter. We already were using a compatible type. It’s also very quiet, so the cats got used to it quickly. The kitten especially took to it right away and has been perfectly safe in it, which is great since he gets really fascinated by it when it runs. Huge quality of life improvement and definitely worth the price!

I've been using this automatic litter box for a month now, and it has completely changed my daily routine. Before, I had to scoop the litter every single day, but now I only need to clean it every few days. The self-cleaning feature is a lifesaver, especially when I'm not home—it helps keep the litter box fresh and reduces odors significantly.One thing to note is that cats might need some time to get used to it. At first, mine was a bit scared of the moving parts, but after a few days of observation, they started using it normally. It works well. Self scooping dumps cat poop & clumps of urine into a bin at the back of this cylinder. It automatically does this 5 min after cat has been in the litter box. You can use their app & it tells you when the cat has been there & when it's done scooping. The dump bin at the back of box is easy to empty which you don't need to do every day. Depends on the day. It also self sanitizer. If you don't want to use the app you can allow it to scoop by pushing the button. When your ready to change the litter you just use the option on app to empty all litter or push a button on front of box. Then you can rinse out the cylinder wipe dry & start over. Good product. My only complaint would be that the opening on this model could be higher so my cat can't kick out the litter.

Great automatic litter box! Attractive - no looking at used litter, with this circular litter drum....you don't see it - you don't smell it!! VERY quiet even if it's in close proximity to your family gathering place, or your bedroom/bathroom. Very easy to set up, and the litter guard eliminated messy litter all over the floor. They went over the top with their app that you operate on your phone. Weighs the cat(s), identifies which cat went when,and all kinds of helpful options - and it's easy to use. AND THE VERY BEST THING.....they have OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! I've never come across a CS Department more pleasant and helpful to work with. It's a toss-up which was better, the self-cleaning litter box OR their customer service. You won't be dissapointed!

I bought one of these in December of 2024 and was immediately impressed. The set up was very simple, the App is really nice and the cats all seemed to like it. Our cat litter use was immediately reduced by more than half. Even with multiple cats, the refuse bin is large enough that it takes a few days to fill. In fact, I liked it so much, I bought a second box at the beginning of January 2025. This one had some operational issues... I contacted the manufacturer through Amazon and received a response within a day. Tech support walked me through some trouble shooting until it was determined that it was a factory issue. They stood behind their product and promptly sent me a replacement unit along with a voucher for free waste bags and deodorizers ($50 value!). I waited to post this review until the bags/deodorizers arrived. Now that they have, I can say that boxes continue to work great and I would 100% recommend this product.
