This scale arrived in good condition and ready to install. All of the components are packed in a compartment in the scale base. Easy to set up and level. Accurate. We have be using the scale for 2 weeks now with no initial problems. Quality scale for the price.

We've weighed crates in excess of 1100 LBS. When i add my mass to the scale it's exactly the same weight added from what I weighed on the bathroom scale. Great electronics and digital display. Consistent and very robust.

Block the scale a year ago, Had an issue with it, I called the company they helped troubleshoot and sent new load cells under warranty. No charge.I would recommend this company to anyone looking to buy a scale.

Bought this scale in March, 2023, it's used about 10 times a week and it's broken twice. Replaced a load cell under warranty the first time. Now they won't return email or calls. IMO, this is junk.

Product was as described. We thought we may be missing pieces, but Dara was quick to respond and told us where the missing parts could be found (indicator & cable stored below the scale deck for shipping). Good product. Even better seller!
