I used this pallet scale for three months before a load cell went bad. I called customer service & they had me work for several hours doing wiring to determine what the problem was. Then they were unable to send a technician so I had to ship the scale to a tech. Once he found the issue, they waited over two weeks to deliver the part (yanking me around the entire time). Finally repaired & working, but not worth the hassle. Buy another brand.
