I work from home most times 12 hours a day using a head set. I have a wireless headset but sometimes I get interference and employees can not hear me well. I chose these because my husband (audio file person) told me this brand were excellent. I decided to give it a try. So far they are good and comfortable. No complaints from employees but not as strong noise cancellation as my wireless ones. I will keep them as a backup.

I have been using speech recognition software (Dragon NaturallySpeaking) since 1998 and have tried many different headsets. This is equal to the best I have ever had in terms of accuracy based on my rigorous tests. Seems comfortable – even for those with big heads such as myself – and rugged as well.My only two pet peeves. First, the noise cancellation isn't super strong. At my computer, I listen to music, but I need to turn it down quite low or else the background noise prevents or delays the software from recognizing my speech. Second, while comfortable, the leather like covering on the ear pad makes my ear sweat. I need to improvise some type of foam or other covering to allow air flow for maximum comfort.

This headset has been a disappointment for me. It works fine for 6-12 months, then I start to get static / noise in the microphone and/or earpiece. Once that happens, it seems to totally fail within a week. I returned one on warranty already, which was an OK process - but now the replacement is having the same problem after several months. Clearly they have quality issues with these - stay away!

Starting a new job and needed a USB headset, for the 1st time ever. Did the research and went in a different direction, with cheaper ones, but ended up returning them for this.Took this headset out of the box it and tried it on with delight. Comfortable and good quality, which is what the cheaper models lacked. Can’t speak to the quality or sound yet, as I haven’t started using it, but am looking forward to trying it out.

used heavily for 2 years 5 days a week 10 hours a day. No complaints however the ear muff cover center seam let go and now are essentially useless. Voice communication is degraded without the ear muff cover sewn in. So I have to spend another 180 dollars to replace them? Too bad for me I guess.

I use this primarily with Mumble to talk to friends while we play online games, I'm happy to report that the speaker quality is fantastic and my friends report that they can hear my voice better than ever. I have not used the inline buttons much yet, but the mic mute works just fine.
