I recently bought a new bed (Helix Midnight Luxe). Almost all the reviews rated it a 5 out of 10 for soft/firm. It’s more like a 7+. Bed has great support and pretty good motion isolation, but it’s too firm for me (male, 200lbs, 5’10â€, side sleeper). My wife sleeps great on it, me not so much. Tried a 3†foam topper from Costco, but it was way too soft and very hot. Returned it the next day.Decided to try this bamboo topper and I am very pleased, wife not so much. She has slept on it for 3 nights and is waking up very achy (which did not occur without the topper). So, I sleep better with the topper, but she does not.This morning I folded the topper onto my side to see how that works out for me. Bed is way different heights but I’ll see how it works out. If it’s too soft doubled up, I may cut slits in the topper’s “pockets†and pull the fill out for her side so we can both sleep well.One other thing: it does NOT sleep hot and the bamboo cover is super soft. If you’re looking for some cushioning without sleeping hot, this may be the ticket for you.

Like sleeping on cool air. We have a Split Ca. King adjustable bed. What that really means is we have 2 extra long twin beds pushed together. The mattresses have that foam type padding everyone seems to love, the stuff that conforms to your body. We are old and it is difficult for us to get out of those sunk in body hugging places just turn over let alone get out of bed. So we needed a topper that was soft but would combat this foam. When I opened the box on this topper I was skeptical but we put them on anyway and are we glad we did! This topper is the most comfortable, soft and cooling without sinking topper I've ever seen or experienced. We've had them about 7 mo. or so and they are still like new. It looks delicate but I am 5'2"and 200lbs. When we got them and my hubby was 6'3" and 210 lbs. then. We have now lost a bit of weight but be are still at 180 lbs. ea.. and they are holding up fine. Definitely recommend. 😀

Needed to make my super hard new mattress softer and looked around for a long long time.This had great reviews and looked like it would do the job.It has made my bed much softer and me and my boyfriend sleep much better.I would have given 5 stars, but it is not as cooling as it says. It does get you hot while you sleep.It is not too thick and not too thin so I would say it is a perfect addition to soften your bed without messing with you sheets. I actually like it better than my memory foam topper because that one is too thick and moves around all the time. This topper actually stays in place and attached well to my 14" mattress.Sleep quality is great, but we just get hot at times.It did not smell bad either when coming out of the bag, so that was a plus. I was able to use it right away!It is almost like it cradles you when you sleep which is soothing.

This topper is SO fluffy and comfy. 10 times softer than my old one. The fit is just bit small so the edges of the topper and mattress don’t quite line up exactly. It fits well enough though. A word of caution - If you follow the directions to fluff it in the dryer when you first get it, use no heat if possible. Instructions say to put in it for a couple minutes on low. I put it in for 3ish minutes and when I took it out it smelled like it was burning. The smell lingered for a bit but I can’t smell it at all now that it’s on my bed. Even better to do the other method and let it fluff on its own for 24-48 hours. Great quality for the price though!!

I have one of these on all of the beds in this house, as they add comfort and support to each one. This is especially good if you have a firmer mattress and need a little more cushion for hips, etc.

Straight out of the package this topper had a hole fresh from the factory. It doesn’t give me much hope for its longevity.

This is the most comfortable topper, like sleeping on a cloud. I absolutely love it. I haven’t washed it yet so can’t comment on that aspect. It does make your mattress a few inches higher but that was not a problem for me.

There was a transit issue so the topper was late getting here, the 2nd may be lost (but we are hopeful it will still arrive). As time wasn't an issue we are comfortable with them being late. We have just laid this topper out to fluff up fully because they compress pack it & it has already starting to fill out nicely (they say it can be put in the dryer for quicker decompression) & love the downy feeling when we touch it. Hopeful we can sleep on it tonight & will update this review afterward. So far we are impressed with the topper, this is a queen size and the elastic is all way around so it should not slip off the deep pocket mattress, there is a faint new smell to it which isn't bothersome & expected to fade away; When comparing the actual topper with the display pictures they match perfecty. We haven't noticed a noise when pressing on it; we believe this is a very good investment for us.NOTE: we are very happy with this topper! The only area that I am not thrilled with is the pillows are so large & fluffy that when I put the bedspread over it, my matress looks lumpy; but I put a comforter between the sheets and bedspread and it cured that issue for me. The smell did disappear before we went to bed that evening. Really glad I bought this topper. Also the person who was unhappy because the words "bamboo" showed through their sheets, I didn't see that at all on mine, perhaps I have a higher thread count. We are very omfortable sleeping on this topper.

A great addition to a comfortable nights sleep. The main reason I chose this was from other other reviews that stated that the topper stayed in place and was machine washable. I can say the topper is true to size for my queen size bed and it does not shift. I have bought other toppers in the past and they tended to slide down and I was constantly pulling them up to to the top every morning when I made the bed. I am happy with this purchase

This thing is like sleeping on a cloud. We got it at an absolute steal on Amazon and it's definitely money well spent. Comfort level is out of this world.
