Update 11/8/2023: This item started out great but it doesn't pass the test and here's why:Around 45 to 60 ft of line this item becomes weak. Here's is what is meant by my statement. The video cable is too thin to push and it binds up. That is not good when performing an inspection. I have used this item 4 times and it is the same outcome every time. The camera and video is excellent but it's not good long distances. Next today the camera glitched on me 3 times and it rebooted twice. The date and time doesn't hold. Every time I open it, I have to adjust the time and date. The next and final problem is customer service. I reached out twice and no one has responded back to me. I am shipping it back and I will find another company.So, I purchased this camera unit for my business to improve my revenue. This unit is great, images, light weight and all. But I clicked the incorrect order. I need a self leveling camera and although the quality is great, it looks unprofessional to deliver as an end product. With that being said, this product still gets 5 stars from me. I wish this was self leveling.Update: So I am hoping that the communication with this company doesn't become an issue. I sent an email asking if there's a way to rotate the camera or is it possible to update the camera to the self leveling camera. It's been 1 week now and I still haven't heard anything.A couple of weeks has passed, and I have yet heard anything back from this company. So, it's sad to say; it's best to save my money and buy from someone else if anything major happens with this unit.

To see, is to know. This camera system is great if you are in the sewer business, or you need to fix some old pipes like we have. We have a drainage system in our backyard that has given us problems for years. Now we can use this camera to get to the real problem in our drainage system. This camera system is super easy to use, and it is very rugged. I would highly recommend this camera.

This came in AMAZING condition!! It comes in handy during emergencies, its such good quality. Very happy to have picked this up. My neighbors actually needed to use it. Im glad its already come in hand

Performed great! Well made, not cheap. I didn’t get to see the quality of video but the product itself is wonderful quality. Husband said it functioned well and had no complaints.
