A++++++ Highly recommended.Seems like 9 out of 10 sublimation inks have issues these days. I should know, I've tried at least a few dozen of them over the past year or two....THIS particular brand/cartridge is one of the good ones!! Worked perfectly. Colors are vibrant, rich, bold and my Sawgrass recognized with zero problems. Recommended!!!

The ink did not fit my printer. However, the customer service department reached out to me and not only gave me a refund but also sent me a new ink cartridge. I'm not sure if the new works or not because I bought a different one before the new got here. I can say it's nice that they care about their customers!

First box i received, the cyan tank immediately showed 'empty' upon installation. I had them on subscribe and save and the 2nd box arrived before i had installed the first. I thought maybe it was just a fluke, so i put the 2nd set of cartridges in, had to move the printer and found all the black ink had leaked out and was puddled under my printer. Very disappointed in this product.

I usually buy Sawgrass Ink but at this price, i figured i wouldn't loose much to try them out and what a good move on my part! They work as great as Sawgrass ink and at a fraction of the price.

While the company tried and had excellent customer service (quickly replaced product), their product is low quality using a third party cartridge with a Sawgrass printer isn't worth your time, money or headaches.1. First purchase made in the summer - Cyan didn't work, the printer kept showing empty cartridge the company replaced all 4 cartridges very quickly, which I was impressed.(During this process my actual sawgrass cartridges became depleted, and filled the disposal bin, because of the new cartridges)2. Purchased a disposal bin - installed the new cyan from the box of four, and installed ink bin two weeks later, the machine worked and I processed 36 black font mugs. Quality of ink was awesome, small victory -3. Sat down a week later to print some designs and came to find CYAN ink ALL OVER my printer shelf, hardwood floor.Im clearly a glutton for punishment (clearly). I informed the company, they replaced the CYAN with 1 a single cartridge.4. The machine took about 30 minutes to calibrateI printed 6 designs, all of which were incorrectly toned, so I did a maintenance on the print headit start workingI print out 8 designs... finally its working, I a dummy didn't keep printing, and came back 3 hrs laterafter I designed more art, and attempt to printno dice - The auto maintenance runs, and depletes the magenta and yellowI install the 2nd box of magenta and yellow, because I need to make 2 mugs!I spend 2 hrs, working on this, and the new yellow and magenta are depleted,and the ink tank is filled.DON'T BUY IT, DON'T WASTE MONEY, TIME, SANITY ----- Ive purchased a new printer.
