Update: I must have just received a faulty ink cartridge, the vendor quickly sent a replacement and worked just fine.It was something about the Black (K) cartridge. I got "?" marks on all ink levels when just this cartridge was installed. I asked for a replacement, and could just be a faulty cartridge. If the replacement works, I will update my review. I have two printers, SG500 & SG1000 and worked in neither machine.

I knew better than to order off brand but was in a hurry and well its a complete waste of time and money to use this ink in a sawgrass sg1000 printer
