  • Absolutely! We offer comprehensive customization services. You can choose the size, color, and shape of the shade sail to perfectly match your outdoor space and personal style, all within a 2-3 business day lead time.

  • Measure the area you wish to shade and pick a sail at least 1-2 feet larger than that area. Identify 4 mounting points, leaving 0.5-1 foot between each sail corner and its mount for ensuring the sail is stretched taut and flat.

  • 1.Install Pad Eyes at mounting points.

    2.Connect each corner's D-Ring to these points using ropes or turnbuckles, not too tightly at first.

    3.Finally, incrementally increase tension to achieve a flat, tight sail surface.

  • Our shade sails come with D-rings for straightforward installation. Additional hardware is not included and can be purchased separately if required. We recommend our specially designed hardware kit for an optimal and efficient installation.

The canopy does exactly what I'd expected it to do - providing shade on my blazingly hot deck. I ordered the size I did so that I would have enough room to have tension between anchor points. What I've ended up with is a small area of shade with long skinny arms that reach out from each corner. Otherwise, it's nice and sturdy!

I ordered this as a sun shade for my 8'x12' pergola. It fit perfectly. It is a strong fabric and is well made. It is the shape shown in the photograph, meaning the sides aren't straight, they are curved. This was not a problem for my use. It should last for years. The fabric is synthetic and should not rot from weather exposure. The border is reinforced and should hold up to wind damage.
