Update: Customer service reached out to me and rectified the situation completely. They offered me replacement portafilters and this solved my problem. If anyone has any problems with their espresso machine, please reach out to customer service. They will take great care of you! Thank you so muchUpdate: pressure seems a bit low and is not brewing finally ground espresso. I use the paired grinder and the espresso setting and it seems like it's too fine so it's not brewing correctly. Still works with larger grinds but the flavor just isn't there like it was in the beginning. A little bit disappointed but that's what I get for the price.Update: going on about a month now of drinking espresso everyday. I make two double shots and steam 8 oz of milk to make a latte that will last me pretty much all day. I am incredibly impressed with the quality of this machine. If this lasts me more than one or two years I will be a very happy man. If this lasts me more than one or two years I will be a very happy man.Excellent espresso machine for the price. Been using it for about 2 weeks now really good espresso. I don't know how long it'll last but so far I'm enjoying it a lot

Had to replace the first one I ordered due to a milk steaming issue, but process was quick and easy. The new machine works beautifully, looks sharp, provides a fast automatic shot with manual milk frothing. Heats up quickly for the shot with a bit more time needed to build pressure to steam milk. I have been mixing up coconut milk powder with water and it froths exceptionally.This espresso machine is worth the money!

Used it. Makes decent Lattes and expresso. Like the Milk frother and Milk compartment. It does not push all the liquid out of coffee dispenser. It always has standing water when I take out to empty, little messy. For the price I paid will keep until it breaks.

So far this works great! Directions are easy to follow, make sure your coffee is ground for espresso and it pulls beautifully! Easy to clean and maintain, practice with your milk it’s fun! Great value for the money

I wanted an upgrade to my morning latte routine so I purchased this machine, mainly because of the automatic milk forther component. I've used the machine for a couple weeks now and it works as advertised so no problems there. However, the lattes and cappuccinos are, at best, lukewarm when the machine finishes making them. I've written to Shardor's customer service asking if there was a way I could increase the temperature of the coffee drinks. Their response time was outstanding in that they replied back within 24 hours. Sadly, there's no way to increase the temperature but they did offer to refund $20 of the purchase price. Had I known the machine wouldn't produce hot drinks I would never have bought it in the first place but felt it was too much of a hassle trying to return the item. So far and except for the drink temperature it works well. To remedy the temperature issue, after making my drink I place it in the microwave for 1 minute and it's now nice and hot.

Hard to get the canoster out because it has to align. Hard to see whwre it aligns when dirty. Also is very hard to get the old coffee grounds out of the cannister. Hard to clean must use a fork or knife to cleam the cannister.

It’s make a nice expresso, latte and cappuccino. I just would like the coffee to come out more concentrated. I think the coffee is not squeezed completely.
