I know this is shown as an iced coffee/tea maachine, butI love to drink hot tea. Up until selecting this machine, that meant microwaving it a cup or using my drip perculator to brew a cup of tea. But now!! I simply pop a tea bag in the provided capsule, select my mug or cup capacity, and wait for the end of brew signal. I keep the water tank full so I don't even have to go to the faucet when the urge for a cup of tea strikes me. This is a wonderful appliance. It comes with two capsules. One for K-cups, the other for ground coffee. loose tea, or tea bags. Either easily drops in to the front of the machine, The 52 oz water resevoir means I can brew multiple cups throughout the day without having to go to the sink to fill a mug or carafe. The tank is removeable, but I find it easy to refill it while still attached. Another feature is the ability to brew amounts from 6 oz to 14 oz depending on your cup size. Also you can select standard or strong brew. The removeable drip tray gives the machine a high-end look. It looks grat on my counter and take up no more room than my old drip perculator. The only con I have is the sputtering at the end of the brew cycle. My old drip machine did the same. It is not brothersome enough to take away a star from this great machine.

To preface this review, I only drink iced coffee and cold brew so my review will be focused on the cold brew feature. This coffee maker has been a fantastic addition to my kitchen and coffee bar! I love the bold setting option, which lets me choose between a standard or stronger brew for both hot and cold brew. I appreciate the large, 52 oz removable water reservoir. I drink a lot of coffee so this large tank allows me to make multiple cups without constantly refilling. This coffee maker has 5 brewing capacities (6-14 oz), which gives the user great flexibility, and I appreciate the 3-in-1 compatibility with K-pods, ground coffee, and tea, making it super versatile. It brews fast, in about a minute, and the removable drip tray makes it easy to use with taller travel mugs and easy to clean as well. Often, with new appliances, there is a weird plastic smell on first use. I did not encounter that with this product. The quality of the coffee will depend heavily on the grounds you use. Darker roasts yield bolder flavors and coarser grounds are generally better for cold brews, so based off what I had used, the cold brew was delicious and had a smooth, coffee shop quality.

TLDR: This compact beauty will make a nice addition to my coffee bar and it brews well from the ground coffee adapter making it more eco friendly 5/5My expectations weren't terribly high but I'm pleasantly surprised, especially with the ground coffee cup/brewing. I have had a Keurig machine before and I tried for a year to find and testing reusable ground coffee adapters. They always gave weak coffee, clogged or under performed in other ways. I ended up giving my last Keurig brand machine away years ago, and went back to French pressed and my mini espresso machine.I decided to try this machine on a whim and I'm glad I did. This machine is very easy to use. It has a very straight forward to use. I have brewed hot ground, hot Keurig pod and Iced ground coffee in this machine. To my surprise, I actually preferred the ground coffee to the pod by far. Its not the strongest brew but I only had a medium roast for coffee, I didn't think espresso roast would be appropriate. The coffee grounds adapter is quite good. It holds a decent capacity of grounds and is easy to clean afterwards. It gave me hot coffee that was a little weaker than I typically brew via French press but it was still good for a machine. I think it was on par with regular drip.As for the other two brewing options: The iced option, it's a quick way to make a nice midday pick me up right now. I'll probably really enjoy it in the summer. The pod brewing is fairly standard, nothing to rave about or criticize there.

This review is for the SHARDOR K-Cup Coffee Maker. The product includes the coffee maker, a small plastic measuring spoon, two adapters (one for coffee pods, another for ground coffee), and a set of care & use instructions.Setup was very simple following the provided directions. After cleaning the reservoir and other plastic accessories in hot soapy water (as recommended), I ran four full reservoirs of water through the machine prior to brewing coffee.Operation of the machine is also very straightforward: select the desired cup size; press "bold" if you want a stronger cup; then press "capsule," "ground," or "over ice" as appropriate to start the brewing process. The machine starts automatically after the third step. Total brewing time is on par with similar machines.Cleanup is minimal: the adapter for ground coffee has two parts including the internal filter which are easily removed for disposal of the grounds. The pod adapter is a single piece, and the reservoir/lid slides off the back of the machine. The machine also has an alert that will conveniently remind you to descale the machine after a set number of brew cycles.I really like that the footprint of this machine is so small. It fits perfectly on my countertop without taking up much room.Overall, this is a perfect little coffeemaker that provides a great alternative to brewing an entire pot of coffee.
