Easy to use & does a great job. We are a family of three with 4-dogs, 4-cats, and busy schedules. I was Swiffering daily and using a Shark Steam mop as needed and it still wasn’t cutting it. Decided to try this. Love it! Not sure if it’s a testament to how well it works or dirty our floors are but this thing is awesome! Bought extra rollers to change out after using to avoid getting sour like reported in some reviews. Rinse them and throw them in the washing machine and they do fine. Pros include: quiet compared to others I’ve had before, easy storage, cleans up easily after using , easy to remove and replace parts for cleaning, good suction power, small but ample water/soap tank & decent size tank for sucking up the water. Cons include: cord needs to be longer, leaves tracks from wheels if you aren’t careful, soap isn’t fragrant but it’s ok, leaves a little puddle if it’s left standing (like to add more water/soap or to empty tank). Definitely would recommend!

My husband bought this for me to make my life easier. We have 4 golden retrievers in the house.. this means lots of water messes, lots of mud and hair... this has in fact made my life so much easier. Easy to use, cleans very well, smells great and drys super fast. It even has the self propel feture and once back on the base you run a self clean function. It is super light weight and is worth the money spent on it already. Very happy with this product.

The first thing is that my floors are very hard to clean, lots of sand and hair etc and I was in despair till I got the Hydrovac. My floors are soooo much cleaner now that I am using this thing!The only reason I deducted a star is because:1. The Hydrovac is a little hard to clean, and the roller takes a long time to dry. The dirty water chamber usually is full of clots of dust and hair and I have to pull it all out, so I'm not sure that the filter is working very well, I'm not sure what - if anything - it's trapping.2. The cleaning fluid it comes with is disgusting, I can't use it, the smell is just awful. I'm very sensitive to fragrances and that stuff is the worst. I've managed to find some alternatives, mainly plain water and a few drops of essential oil. They don't want you to use any other cleaning fluids besides the one they provide; well then they need to come up with one that doesn't make my eyes water and my head hurt.Still, totally worth the purchase for the money, I love the thing. My floors are much, much nicer.

This is the best gadget I think I’ve ever bought in my life! Just the fact that it can vacuum and wash at the same time is a huge time saver and it does a great job! Very easy to clean as well as having a self cleaning feature. It’s excellent.

I purchased this item from Amazon and it was delivered in two days. I immediately took it out of the box thinking I would have to put it together, but all I had to do was just snap the handle into the actual machine. I use it this morning to clean all my downstairs floors. All my floors are wood or tile. I was very very impressed with this machine! I like that it tells you if you run out of clean solution while you’re working. It leaves the floors, barely wet and they drive very quickly. I find the feature of plugging in the machine into its dock and pressing the power button for it to clean the machine. I think that’s very helpful and it makes me feel better about reusing the roller pad. When I first started using it, I heard a scraping sound. I looked at the bottom and realized that was the squeegee. It did not mark my floors it’s made of rubber I believe so it is safe for your floors. So far I’m very impressed and I’m looking forward to using it more. And my floors this morning have never been this clean! The price was just right! Oh, and another thing I love that you can switch to carpet mode and clean your floor mats while you are cleaning your floors. Shark really did a great job with this vac mop!

I bought used, unfortunately. The seller cleaned it out really good. Got some new parts. The original fluid that came with it was mostly used. I had enough to use it once. What really got me, was a part you need to use the vacuum, wasn’t even there!There’s a cover that goes over the brush on the floor, so the dirt and water/ solution doesn’t splash everywhere. So, I couldn’t use it! I had to call SHARK and order that piece for $25! Which would have been the price of a new one. I waited 2 weeks- finally got it. But it together and used it. I love it! It does what it says from the ads. I can clean stains, spilled items and it leaves my floor fresh! It’s a plug it, so, it lasts forever. Suction is wonderful! The noise level is quiet. The value for the money was way too high! With it being used and parts missing. With what I paid for the parts, extra brush I could have just gotten a brand new one!

Pro-It’s easy to use-Not to noisy my kids can handle the noise-It’s not to heavy I expected it to be-It’s pretty slim not bulky at all- quicker than manually mopping (I usually do 3 pass overs with a manual mop )Cons-Suction sucks-You have to consistently empty out the water tankIf you forget to it will leak out .-You have to slowly walk for it can clean everything up or else you’ll just push things around-It releases a lot of water so make sure you throughly dry all the part before next use or else you’ll end up pushing around dirty water- it doesn’t do much scrubbing so it doesn’t clean up messy messes well at all-you have to literally still clean everything yourself IT IS NOT SELF CLEANING . you have to take everything apart and rinse it . Then if you want everything to dry you have to lay everything out . Also food you vacuum up get caught and gunks up where the roller spins .- it will leave your floors really wet like slippery wet . It still dries in a decent amount of time thoughOverall I’m still keeping because I still kind of like the ease of itBut it is not worth the money for the amount of work you still have to put in

Me gustó mucho la aspiradora mi piso es de un gris muy claro y todo se le nota y con la aspiradora puede estar limpio todo el tiempo, es más rápido y práctico tenerla preparada para limpiar, no deja rayas en el piso con una puesta de agua puedo limpiar muy bien la planta de arriba de mi casa ya que es muy rendidor el contenedor y con otra puesta la planta de abajo, limpia muy bien las manchas des piso, me ha encantado el hecho de que ya no me mojo las manos para trapear, el lÃquido que trae para limpiar huele riquÃsimo

still not as clean as philips vacuum mop, the suction power not powerful enough, including mopping not as clean as philips vacuum mop
