This is an amazing little on the go sharpener that I’m going to keep in my Jeep for when I need to sharpen my knives while I’m out and about. I will definitely be buying another one to keep in the house as this works great on kitchen knives as well. You really can’t beat it for the price.

It does a bang-up job of sharpening but it is small. The 2 stones are just a scosh larger than 3/4 inch.

This sharpener does what it is touted to do but it definitely requires a bit of practice in order to successfully sharpen knives. I like that it is easy to carry and it will be useful for touch up sharpening in the field. If you're looking to put a fine, long lasting edge on your knife, you may want to consider something different. This seems better suited for garden tools, axes, and other such outdoor equipment requiring a decent sharpened edge. It is a quality product regardless.

Sharpal always makes it easy, I have another one bigger and more complete model, I got this one for the Chainsaw and it's so much easier to sharpen the chain.

Purchased this to sharpen garden tools- secateurs, lawn mower, shears etc.Works really well. I just need to remember what part to use first. Perhaps could be better labelled on the item for long term reminder.Very glad I’ve purchased this item- gardens tools are now sharpened quick & easily in a few minutes.This is a small pocket sized sharper- just perfect
