It is pretty good value for moneys the ice quality seems decent and no leakage issue so far. The size is just about right. It is not too loud as well

I lovED this at first. But right after return and warranty expired a couple months in it just quit working on me. Now it's just a peice of metal and plastic junk that don't work no more. Not worth the money.

I loved the color worked great . My only complaint is after 3 months it works slower, would recommend if not used constantly and everyday. Good value and a very quiet machine compared to other it has stood up to our constant use.

This was a perfect snow cone maker. I thought I had finally found the right one. Then, it just up and quit on me. No warning. Nothing. I couldn't return it because of being 1 day over the 30 day return policy. I would have given 5 stars on this product. It was easy to use and easy to clean.

I picked this Shaved Ice Machine specifically for the knob option as it was advertised that it adjusts the thickness of the ice being shaved. I tried it several times but the thickness remains the same. Turning the knob did raise and lower the plates but it didn’t achieve the thin and flaky texture I was hoping. Aside from that, it was pretty easy to use.
