There are leather, other cases, this is easy open Velcro, many knives fit, one of few I found that is a fit with exterior clip.So with no belt, these fit on pants without a belt. Pull on, or tie. Easy on, durable.Will fit many closed knives 4-5 inches.

This holster/sheath is made very well. Thick nylon and quality stitching. I like that it is small and doesn't have wide wings around the backing plate. I bought this to fit a Gerber Suspension. As you can see in the pics, it fits like it was made for it. The sides are a stout elastic. You have to push the item in to get it to fit, but it holds the item great. I tried my tactical flashlight and it fit that great too. It has two elastic pockets on the sides that you can stick various items in.The main complaint from others on these is the clip slides off the belt easily. It actually does do that. When removing the Gerber with one hand, it pulls the holster off my belt. So as not to have an accidental drop, I attached a coiled lanyard to it. I'll probably try to squeeze down the clip a bit to see if that helps.

Recently purchased a Tajima electrical knife that I love, but it does not offer a clip. This sheath fits the knife perfectly and clips right to the side of my tool bag. Very pleased!

Perfect fitting no frills multitool sheath. I prefer Velcro closure, so it doesn't flop open all the time and the belt clip, so I don't have to keep taking my belt off just to put it on every time. This seems to be made for the Leatherman Surge, it fits perfect. It doesn't have the bulk of the holster that comes with the Leatherman . I have hated the extra thickness and bulk of the standard Leatherman sheath that can hold the extra tools, bits, drivers, but I don't carry. It also fit the Victorinox Skipper (111mm 18 tool knife) perfect as well. With the elastic sides and the Velcro closure, you can easily cinch it in where it doesn't move at all. It can fit a couple of small/short sharpies perfectly as well. Gerber Suspension and Gerber MP600 also fit well. The max fitting width is 1.6 inches (41mm) not much play, Depth .85 inches (21mm). If the width is less, then the depth can get to about 1.2inches (32mm), and a Hight 4.5 inches (114.5mm) to about 5 inches (127mm) with a 1/4" (6.5mm) of play there.

Works OK, but the metal clip is made of very thin, sharp metal, not the nicest against your skin when clipped to a waistband.

Material is sturdy and My Snap-on multi tool fits ok, but I had to use some packaging at bottom to keep tool from sitting too deep. Also side "sleeves" are so small/tight only a slender pen will fit, i.e. my tiny flashlight won't fit...

I needed a case with a clip-on, not a loop, and this one works perfectly. The size is spot on. The look and feel are good and the Velcro looks like it will last. I would buy another one. Good value for the money.
