This purchase has literally extended life for 2 pairs of my Uggs. It comes with 3 bottles of solutions, all labeled with thorough and clear instructions. It does clean the surface very well, making it to look like new. All I did is I mixed a little bit of cleaning solution with water and it worked perfectly (Do not apply the concentrate directly on the ugg skin). After the surface had become dry, I applied the shield solution which works as an efficient water and dirt repellent. It has been a couple of weeks already and I am happy with the purchase!

The cleaner literally bleached my shoe. My uggs were the light brown color and it took the color out of them. I was literally just trying to clean a coffee stain and now they are completely ruined. I don’t understand what happened or why.

Only thing I did like about it they should give you the instructions how to use the product other than that. Seems like it’ll work. I had to watch a video on YouTube in order to learn how to use the products.

This cleaner did not stand up to the standards as a successful cleaner should. This cleaner didn't work at all on my ugg, I followed the instructions to the letter but my ugg is still the same, it doesn't clean off the stains at all!
