Our organization had two events where we processed over 150 1/2 pound hamburgers. the hamburger meat came in a roll and had to be made into patties. Each hamburger roll was ten pounds. With these hamburger molds were got 20 1/2 pound burgers per roll. it was so easy to place the meat in the patty maker, press and get you burger the rihg size. Well worth the money for any organization that is preparing burgers.

Every year we purchase a side of beef. We get some of the ground beef in one-pound tubes and some in the store's pre-made patties (which there is an up-charge for). We bought this patty maker for a large cookout we were hosting where we wanted to use our bulk ground beef. We also purchased both the square and the round paper liners. We made 24 patties in a matter of minutes. It seems like the patties cook up nicer/juicier than the pre-made patties. We put a square paper on the bottom of the press, put the amount of desired ground meat, put another paper on top of that, and then press the patty. It is so easy! I would recommend the two-paper procedure as it makes removal of the patty and cleanup of the press pretty easy.

This press is a great relief. I no longer get frostbitten working up the bulk purchase of hamburger patties to go in the freezer. The burgers are consistently the same size and very pretty! We like 6-7 oz which has never been a problem but the size and shape was; not any more. Just be sure you have parchment paper on hand (a piece on both sides of the meat). It saves a messy press and makes it much easier to clean up. Definitely recommend.

This product works great. I used it as soon as I got it (after washing first). It made perfect burgers. I made 2 different size deer burgers. It takes a couple tries to get the perfect size ball for the different size burgers but once you get it figured it works great.

Just OK clumsy to use and adjusting for thickness is hit or miss. Has to be hand washed, not dishwasher safe. Will probably find a different one.

Very expensive, too many parts, not easily cleaned, had to pay for the return?Weber or PitBoss are better options and much cheaper at a big box store
