Easy Installation
- Using Teflon tape to wrap around male pipe thread adapters of fixed shower arm (shower arm not included);
- Screw the 3-way water diverter to the shower arm (notice the direction);
- Using Teflon tape to wrap around, and screwing the square shower head to the 3-way water diverter;
- Screw the stainless steel hose to the 3-way water diverter;
- The other side of the hose connects the washer →handheld shower head;
- Adhere the shower head mount in the proper position (Make the walls clean and dry before pressing the hook ). Recommended for hanging up the handheld shower head after 24 hours. (NOTE: Please put the hose on backward if the shower head handle doesn't fit in the holder!!)

I'm always skeptical when buying these cuz there is a point where the money money you spend doesn't add anymore value but this was installed easily and the build even though I gave it a few scratches it didn't look too bad so good build and the pressure increase is god level. It doesn't get water stains easily despite my hard water and the noise is no different than any other. A good buy

The shower feels wonderful. It's luxurious.But it leaks. When my husband first installed it, several washers broke when the pipes were fastened together. My resourceful husband fixed most of those first problems. We ordered more washers and replaced them again. Ultimately, there is one drippy leak from the pipe to the rain shower head.We'll see how long this lasts.The price was great. If I hadn't seen the installation challenges, I'd say this was an awesome, excellent showerhead...that leaks.

We were looking specifically for a "gentle" shower. Both my wife and I disliked the intense needle-like streams of water produced by our previous showerhead.Chose this one specifically because of the low flow rate (1.75gpm, lower than a lot of the other showerheads) and the broad head size for a wider distribution.We're very happy with the flow; it produces nice, soft, gentle streams. Our daughter didn't much care for it, because the gentler flow made it more challenging for her to wash and rinse her long thick hair, so she had to get used to using the handheld showerhead for the rinsing.The handheld head produces intense sprays, adjustable to several spray patterns, and also has a flow adjustment at the base of the head (so you can "pause" the flow while it's directed to the handheld).Unfortunately, the adhesive backing of the bracket to hold the handheld showerhead isn't that strong, and it has come unstuck repeatedly, causing the handheld head to clatter noisily into the tub.Eventually I took it off and applied some new heavy duty adhesive backing to the mounting bracket to ensure it won't come off.My two complaints are:1. The switch to direct the flow from the main head to the handheld is in an awkward location to reach, because the square shower head is rather in the way, especially for shorter people.2. After you finish a shower, the broad square head can retain a small layer of water inside it, so it's helpful to rotate the showerhead "up" and "diagonal" so that the corner is pointing down, and the water can run out the holes nearest the corner. But if you make a habit of this, remember to always rotate the showerhead clockwise. If you go counterclockwise enough times you may loosen the attachment of the head where it is screwed on to the extension arm.

As the title said, I bought it three times. One for my mom, one for a neighbor, and one for my foster mom. It really is a satisfying shower to be in the adjustable hose is a plus. You can choose that either use the showerhead, the hose, or both the adhesive sticks very well as long as the spot you put it on is dryI definitely recommend following the instructions as it says. I know two washers seems like it won’t make it fit well, but it actually fits and prevents leakage. Definitely recommend the instruction booklet that it comes with. Make sure you have some type of wrench to make sure it is tight enough as well. I will probably be buying a fourth one here very shortly for another friend of mine. If you want an upgraded shower, this is it right here!!!!!!!

Great value, runs both or just one at once with an adjuster bar. Everything is very adjustable, I'm 5 ft tall and my boyfriend is 6ft 1, so it's nice to be able to quickly and easily raise or lower the rainfall head. The handheld is great with different modes. If you run just one or the other, the pressure is better, but the pressure is great with both running. The shower has a great flow with this setup.A couple of notes, the lever to adjust which shower head is running is near the top of the head. For me, it's a bit of a reach, I have to get on my tiptoes. But for a slightly taller person, this is no problem.The rainfall head is heavy compared to the rest of the hardware. When we were installing, it would fall to either side because it has a full 180 swivel and was too heavy to stay up, we hadn't tightened down the correct twisting lever it turned out. We had to play around with it for two days before we got it to sit right. Now it's worked great through many showers, we can adjust the height and it doesn't fall around. Just something to consider when setting up. That said, it speaks to the quality feel of the product that there's a bit of weight.The components were all well polished and felt like quality materials. Everything fit together great. We had a small bit of leaking at the base where it's attached to the main water at first, but some teflon tape and tightening it up more fixed that issue.The instructions seemed translated. It was unclear if we should add extra washers as there were already washers in most of the components. We opted not to add the extra washers. Setup was definitely challenging, but worth it once we set it up! No regrets with this purchase and would recommend this product.

For the price it is a good combo kit that was easy to install in minutes. Came with more than enough Teflon tape to do the shower head valve just needed small set of adjustable pliers to crank it down. Surprisingly good pressure from both heads even with it set to both at the same time. Compared to overpriced ones at hardware stores I would say it was worth the money.
