Best lamp I've ever bought. Packed full of functions, like the color changing mode and a precise brightness setting. The mushroom shape isn't a novelty, it plays into the form function of the lamp. You can get diffuse light from the top section, a spotlight from the bottom, and pose it however you want with almost two feet of flexible neck. The clamp grips very well,so it takes up almost no room at all. Solid construction, and puts out plenty of lightLove seeing this fun mushroom every time I walk in my bedroom

I love the way the light looks and the multiple colors, but honestly I love the flexibility of the neck. I can manipulate it to fit the function of what I am doing. I have used it as reading light and mood light by the bed. I had no problem reading my book at night. have used it’s a task light to do arts and crafts.More recently, I have used it at work and it now has a permanent spot at my desk. Where I live and work it gets dark early and I do not like using the overhead lights in the office. The light fixture I had previously did not provide enough light at night to conduct my work. This light is the perfect size and illumination for me. The light was a great value for the money for me.

Love the design and all the different light settings.I bought this as a reading light for my bed and for the multi colored light to be used for ambience when not used for reading.I originally bought the white one, as the black was out of stock, and then bought the black one as soon as it was available again.The settings are easy to navigate, and each of them can be dimmed.There are 3 different shades of white, along with an option for downlighting.The led lights are: red, blue, green, light purple and an orangey pink.There's also a setting that cycles through all the different colors.The clip is heavy duty and the neck of the lamp can be easily configured into multiple shapes.Now I have one for reading in bed, and another for task lighting.

Was so happy to find us as our headboard is exactly 2.5 in. However upon arrival would not clamp so I moved it to the side of the bed which is exactly 2 inches. It still would not clamp so I had to get a little creative. Basically if you have a headboard that is just slightly under 2 inches it will work but anything over 2 inches I had issues with. It would clamp on the 2 inches but it would inevitably slip off in about an hour. My daughter loved it so much that she demanded that I order her one in which I did. Good amount of light lots of different color options and easy to use and very functional other than the width of the clamp.
