I was looking for a clip-on light for my music stand, but I actually use this more as a reading light. I LOVE that it's rechargeable. The brightness is adjustable, and the flexible arm is very easy to reposition. Sometimes I even use it as a flashlight. I bought a second one, since they're so easy to toss into a suitcase or bag and take anywhere.

I’ve bought so many book light and I wish I would have bought this one first! The light lasts for a few nights if I only read for an hour or two a night. Though if I charge in the day I don’t have to worry about it dying while I’m reading but I did test to see how long it would last without charging it.The clip holds well to hardcover and paperback! It’s light so you hardly notice that it’s there. The spine of the book light is flexible but durable and stable. Once to bend it to where you want it it stays without shaking.It is also reasonable price! Cheap book light are well cheap. Expensive book light aren’t always better and most of the time are a ripoff. This book light is the perfect middle ground.The only thing I dislike about it is that it only has one light setting. It is a bright light so if you have a partner laying beside you it could disturb them. If it had a dim or different light setting then this would be the best book light on the market!

I got this to clip onto my personal notebooks at night when I’m with my wife or my infant daughter is asleep and I can’t turn on any lights.This is the book light I’ve always dreamed of. Since I was a kid the book lights available were always bulky, ugly, took AA batteries, and never flexed into the position I really needed so I gave up on them as a kid. Now im back and I love this book light. It’s light, super flexible, compact, and generally just gets out of your way.It’ll clip on to most books without creating a huge bump in the back. It doesn’t add noticeable weight to whatever you clip it to. The light bends where you need it and the brightness is highly adjustable- not just 3 simple settings but a whole range from bright to dim.This also feels great. The silicone feels nice and makes it feel like it’s not cheap unlike every other book light I’ve encountered which all feel cheap from top to bottom. It’s light enough that you won’t mind and might even enjoy traveling with it. The fact that it’s rechargeable means a lot and the battery lasts forever. Get this.

Super lightweight, easily positioned w the flexible neck, sturdy clip, light is actually so bright, it lights up my entire room as brightly as the 40 watt bulb in my bedside lamp. Reflecting off book pages in a dark room, it’s blinding! Would love if it had a dimmer. As it is, I’m constantly fiddling with trying to keep the light basically pressed right against the opposite page, or else shading it by pinching it slightly against my thumb. This could’ve been probably 1/10 as bright, or less, and it would light my book just perfect. And, for reference, I am 57 and usually need extra light to see clearly up close. This light actually might be useful for close tasks like hand sewing, in daylight, even. It’s that bright.Edit to add: I feel silly but honesty compels me to say that a few weeks after purchasing this light, I discovered its brightness is, indeed fully adjustable. You just press and hold the power switch and the light will dim to its lowest setting. If you continue to press the button, it will then begin to brighten. Simple but effective.

It does it’s job very, very well.The battery life has been amazing so far, and it doesn’t take long at all to charge. The light isn’t too bright, but it is bright enough to read with. In other words you don’t have to be worried about being blinded unless you look directly into the light, but that is coming from someone who blessed with terrible eyesight. The light is also super slim and flexible. I love how it isn’t bulky and how I can maneuver the neck of the book light so I can get just the right angle. It’s my favorite book light that I have owned.Alright, now for some of the not-so-positives. The cord is pretty small probably around 1 ft if I had to guess. I would say you would either need to find somewhere on your counter to charge (what I did) or invest in a longer Micro USB. The charging light is very small and I almost didn’t notice it. Whenever I first put it on the charger, I kept looking for it to make sure it was plugged in and charging. Another thing that I don’t like is that once you turn it off it automatically goes back to the bright setting even if you had it on the low setting before. By the way, because I didn’t see any instruction on how to do it (or my eyesight is just truly that terrible), to get to dim just hold down the power button. All of these are petty things, so they don’t really matter to me, but I know that just because something doesn’t necessarily matter to me is not the same case for everyone.All in all, despite the nitpicking, I would absolutely buy again and recommend to anyone.

SÃ, los hay más baratos, pero este es ligero, robusto, bonito, recargable por USB (adiós a las pilas), cómodo de transportar y de poner, alumbra bien y parece duradero.Estaba cansado de lamparas de este tipo que no duraban nada y eran feas y estaba a cuestas con las pilas.Lo recomiendo sin duda, aunque sea caro.

Cela faisait un moment que je cherchais une lampe pour mes lectures nocturnes. J'avais eu des lampes avec piles au mercure. Une galère car elles consomment beaucoup et les piles s'usent vite. J'avais également bricoler une lampe livrée avec un lecteur numérique mais ce n'était pas pratique.Cette lampe de lecture est de très bonne qualité. L'intensité est variable en restant appuyé sur le bouton on/off ce qui permet également d'économiser la batterie. cette batterie dure très longtemps quand même depuis mon achat je ne l'ai chargé que 2 fois et pourtant je lis tous les soirs en moyenne 20minutes. Elle est extra flexible et s'adapte à tous les livres même les poches, je l'ai même utilisé sur un tambour à broder. Je pense d'ailleurs en commander une deuxième car cela a été difficile de trouver la bonne.

I have finally found the elusive booklight unicorn! Beautifully designed - I love the silicone surface (doesn’t slip off like hard plastic sometimes does), how thin it is (works as a bookmark), and the placement of the on/off/dim button... I love that it’s rechargeable and that one hour long charge lasts 10-60 hours (depends on brightness), but especially that it charges so fast (1 hour) and that the indicator light flashes when the battery is at 10% (min. 1 hour left)... I love that the light is dimmable, and that the neck is incredibly flexible while holding whatever position you put it in... You can easily bend it to shine over both pages evenly... But my favourite feature by far is his lightweight it is and the clip! The clip is sturdy and opens wide enough to clamp solidly onto thicker covers, but because it’s so light, it clips onto paperbacks without flopping over - even if you’re not holding the book upright/level... I now own two of them...

Der Hals und die Lampe fühlen sich sehr hochwertig an und lassen sich super einfach in jede Richtung biegen, die man fürs lesen benötigt.Das Licht hat einen angenehmen, sanften Farbton der die Augen beim lesen kaum anstrengt, dazu kann man die Lichtstärke auch dimmen indem man die Anschalter-Taste gedrückt hält. Auch mit der niedrigsten Lichteinstellung kann man in der dunkelsten Nacht sein Buch gut lesen.Das Aufladen per USB-Kabel erspart einem das lästige Batteriegewechsel und war auch ein Punkt, der mich zum Kauf bewegt hat.Wer nur selten was liest, für den ist diese Leselampe aufgrund des Preises wahrscheinlich nicht geeignet.Wer jedoch viel liest wird hier in etwas lohnendes investieren, ich kann diese Leselampe nur weiterempfehlen!
