I bought it last minute for Christmas travel. It is so spacious I was able to pack so much in it to carry on the plane & it still fit under the seat. So many pockets to use & stay organized. Zippers are great & worked well with no issues. Includes space for laptop too. 2 side pockets to carry water bottles. There's a combo lock for security & built in phone charger connection (you provide battery pack). Adjustable, sturdy & very comfortable shoulder straps for a fully loaded backpack.Overall functionality was so much better than I expected for the price. Under $30 dollars you can't get more bang for your buck!

I have actually bought 3 of these over the years. They have many organizing pockets, extremely durable construction and OMG the expansion. The bottle holders are very stretchy and can take a 40oz water bottle, and the buckles on the sides can be loosened or tightened depending on how full the bag is.I've had teamsters I've worked with in cities all over ask about this bag and buy it for tools and gear. Once, including job books and work gear, this bag weighed 75lbs! I do not endorse packing that full but it's so so versatile.I had to stop carrying backpacks for work after shoulder injuries (shocking, I know) but recently bought my 3rd one to use as a personal item bag when traveling.This bag is great for students, work travelers, workers in general and it's an amazing value for the price.

i was tired of using an old schoolbag for travelling, so i looking into a backpack that was MEANT to carry a whole lot, and found this!i love all the pockets it has, each compartment has little sleeves within for further organization!my first use of it was packing up for a winter trip, so it was able to handle holding a buncha heavier clothing for the snow. [as you can see in the pictures, i stuffed it to the brim lol]the shoulder straps are wonderfully adjustable and super comfy, as well as the backside padding. they don't bother me, even if the backpack is on the heavier side, which is really nice!i bought a battery pack to fit in the little pocket meant for that as well, it holds very nicely. i like the built-in charging wire- but it does significantly slow down the charging rate [and i have a fast charging cable, so i can't imagine how much slower normal charging cables would be] but that's alright, i don't mind threading my wire inbetween the zippers.overall really nice so far, it holds up well and looks very nice and clean- love the style!

I needed something a lot more sturdy for traveling to and from work. I was using a regular backpack and for some reason it was super heavy, even when I didn't put that much stuff in it. in this new one, I was able to fit my laptop, several notebooks, and a think paperback textbook in the back laptop pouch. This one has a lock with pros and cons. Another reviewer mentioned it is easy to decode the lock and while i wouldn't expect it to work if I left my bag unattended, I do expect if I was traveling I wouldn't have to worry about someone slipping into my bag and grabbing my laptop without me noticing. I don't like locks that don't lock unless it's on the unlock code already, which is how this lock is, but I think most locks are like that now? I'd prefer to just click it shut and then have to put in my code to unlock it, but it's not that big of a deal.The second pouch is very roomy. I was able to fit my small purse, my nursing pack, and some additional supplies that I had for my shifts (a drink insulator, hand lotion, some thin mints lol). It also has a mesh pouch so I can keep my box of hot chocolate separate and ready for me to grab from.The next pouch I expected to be very thin, like my last bag, but I was able to stuff my winter hat and gloves, glasses case, some candy with room to spare. It reaches all the way down to the bottom of the bag.There is a little pouch on the front/top and it holds everything I usually shove into my scrub pockets without even looking like anything is in it. Underneath that one is the last half pouch. I have my surgery cap, some chargers, some extra pens, markers, highlighters, and a flat pack of gum.Both sides have additional mini-pouches and very spacious water bottle holders. On one side it comfortably fit my 30 oz metal water bottle and the other side I shoved in one of those trident gum packs that are cylindrical as well as a Starbucks ceramic mug on top of that. I only did that when I was going from my car to my house and expected to need to be super careful but it fit so well in there I found I didn't actually have to worry.The bag has a reinforced handle at the top, adjustable clips across the sides for support, and a lot of comfortable padding on the back and on the shoulder straps. I took this to work one day so far and it 100% feels better on my back (I do have chronic back issues.) It's not as though it feels lighter per se, as if I have less stuff, but it definitely feels a lot more secure and comfortable and easier to transport.Some reviews said it didn't hold up well for them and i'm hoping taking a chance on this bag wasn't a mistake. I figure any bag has a chance to rip depending on it's use. I really love it a lot so far and I do hope it lasts. One more aspect of this bag that others may appreciate is a port to plug into a portable charger, but I don't typically use those functions in backpacks.I can't speak on water resistance, though it was snowing when I was walking to my car when leaving work, and nothing inside appeared to be wet. it was light snow though, so I'd hate to steer anyone wrong in case it's awful for that, but I don't suspect it would be.My computer/phone screens made the purple look a little brighter than it really is, which made me debate getting the black one, but I'm really happy I went with purple. It's a really great shade and an overall good-looking backpack.

I have tried several backpacks over the years, and this one is by far my favorite. It's huge, which means I can carry all of my stuff with me at once. I love the different compartments because that helps me to keep everything organized. It's also pretty sturdy, which is important to me because I am very hard on backpacks. I have ordered this one a few times, but anything that has destroyed an earlier backpack is completely my fault and not the fault of the backpack itself. The only thing is I wish I could better adjust the straps. They seem to only cinch at either end of the lengths and not somewhere in between. So my straps always feel too short or too long. I have also never tried the charging port because I haven't had a need to use it. I guess it could be a good feature if I am traveling and need to charge. For now, though, it just makes it harder to clean the backpack because you don't want to get the wires and everything wet. I like it when I can toss a bag in the wash, should something spill.

I bought the bag 3 months ago for work as I travel once or twice a month. Initially all seemed well, the bag was spacious and appeared to be of good quality. Roll on three months and I have a 8 inch seem split down one side, as per photos. I've reported this to the seller and they've offered no support whatsoever as the faulty product was uncovered after the 30 day return period.If I were you I'd look elsewhere and stick to reputable brands.
