Not sure why people said the height of this stand was an issue, I really like it. I am 5'6" and sitting in a standard chair, it is fine! The quality is great, I give it a 5 star!

The height of this microphone stand is too high for me to comfortably record videos while using the microphone at the same time. The size and adjustability just don’t make sense for practical use. I wouldn’t recommend buying it unless it’s at least 2 meters tall to suit taller setups.

Disappointed in that while it's sturdy and well built height adjustment isn't possible. This leaves the microphone with the burden of making the best adjustment possible given the circumstances.

This product works well as advertised. It could use a bit more stability, trying to extend the arm makes it tip very easily.

So I purchased this stand mainly because I already have a shure sm7db and was really surprised how well the quality is. A+++ Recommend.
