I loved the fact that there was a light which told you it was running low of water. I loved the size, as I didn't have to fill it up four times a day with my three big dogs. Filters are a bit pricey. But unfortunately, the pump died after 6 months. Looking for another one to fit it today!UPDATE: I was contacted by them and they said they will send a new pump. Customer service could not be better!

This larger fountain has proven to be a perfect solution for my cat and kitten. My decision to purchase it was driven by my cat's tendency to knock over the Veken fountain I had previously, especially when the water level was low.However, with this new fountain, its weight prevents any toppling. After filling it with two gallons of water, I've been amazed that, even after 18 days of use, it remains half full – a significant improvement. The fountain's stability is particularly notable; my cat can lean on it without any issues.Initially, I faced some challenges during setup due to unclear instructions. Specifically, the steps outlining cord routing were confusing. I assumed there were designated hooks, but in reality, the cord passes through a small hole at the top, and the remaining cable simply rests inside the water.The fountain's aesthetics blend perfectly with my glass TV stand, which is complemented by a plastic tray.Remarkably, I hardly notice any drips on the tray, thanks to its strong stability. The fountain's wider design, unlike the Veken, definitely plays a significant role in maintaining its firm placement.The filter is impressively large, and I was surprised to find it completely devoid of any cat hair when I decided to refill it after 18 days.The filter and top components cleaned up easily with a quick rinse, and I refilled it with two more gallons of water.I don't want to jinx it, but I have to admit that I'm really pleased with this fountain. So far, it's been smooth sailing for these past 18 days.

First of all the description of being a LARGE pet water fountain is very untrue. We purchased this item just because of the description of it being a large as our Large water fountain of 5 years finally needed replacement. We had to fill this fountain at least once a day. The motor on the unit gave out after just a few short weeks. I cleaned the motor just like the instructions said. I have had these motors in my aquariums in the past so disassembly and cleaning was not new to me. The other problem is that the water goes everywhere when your dog drinks from the fountain. There is no lip to keep the water from spilling over the sides. I would NEVER purchase this fountain again even if they offered a replacement.

I have had this fountain for nearly a year and mainly purchased it for its large capacity and water flow rate. At this point, the product has worked well except the container is leaky (which is why I wrapped it in duct tape) and just a week ago after it’s weekly cleaning, the water pump started to malfunction. Continues to turn red/off randomly although there is no obstruction yet unplugging then plugging in the power seems to reset it momentarily until it turns red again within the hour.Overall, the water fountain didn’t cause major bacteria build up but the plastic is sensitive to tap water and requires weekly cleaning. The filters are pretty good - recommend ordering the refills.Anywhere I can get the replacement water pump?
