I was able to make some nice cake donuts in this and I really like the shape of the bottom with the little bubbles. It makes some very cute donuts. I sprayed a little avo oil in each mold just in case but I don't think they would stick either way with silicone. It worked well, however, it was too floppy to put in the oven and pull out so I had to put it on a baking sheet for stability. That's the only downside is you still need another pan for support.

This is a silicone donut baking pan. I’ve used it to make protein ‘donuts’ to have around as healthy snacks. I did initially give the pan a spray of vegetable oil, but it wasn’t needed for this recipe as the donuts easily popped out of the pan after baking. I have only used at 350 degrees F in the oven and it holds up nicely. The bubble bottom design was not a problem for batter sticking for me. The donuts came easily out of the mold.I have both hand washed and put in the dishwasher. My dishwasher did, though, leave spots on it. The mold is not super thick, so just make sure you use two hands when handling as it’s wiggly.

The donut pan is made of a really thick silicone and feels like it will hold up a long time. It comes in a fun grape purple color and makes donuts with a raised dot pattern on the bottom that looks cool drizzled or dipped in monk fruit icing. These are perfect to make lemon poppy or cinnamon roll donut bars in. I would recommend highly, Love mine. Thank you!

It does the job but the size is very small and it does make it hard to unstick but it does the job

I had used these to make donuts with a box of store bought donut mix. It did not go well at all and everything went into the trash. i am not sure if there was an issue with the mix itself or the fact that I made them in the air fryer, but the instructions said to cook for 4-6 minutes, however, I had to keep turning it back on for more time for because the bottoms of the donuts were not cooking. After about 45 -50 minutes, I finally gave up. The tops of my donuts were cracked, split dry and way over done. The second half and bottoms of donuts were still undercooked, in fact the little numbs things on the bottom of the silicone cups, were full of raw batter and not cooked at all. The upper half that was over cooked, did come out of the mold very easily, but the rest was still stuck inside the bottom of the pan. I ended up just throwing the whole thing in the trash- it was a waste of over an hour of my time. As I mentioned, I can not be sure it was all the silicone mold that was the issue, but I have made donuts in air fryer before and did not have this issue.

I made keto donuts using this pan and they came out very good. Literally and figuratively! They fell out of the pan so easily (I used avocado cooking spray to grease the cups before pouring in my donut batter). I did have to bake the donuts a bit longer than the recipe called for, due to the properties of silicone (doesn’t conduct heat as well as metal) but that is not an issue for me. Note that this pan does not have any sort of metal framing on the inside – the pan is extremely flexible, bendable and lightweight, so I placed the filled silicone pan on a light-colored cookie sheet for stability before baking. For that alone, I removed one star. All in all, a good find if you like baking with silicone pans. There are many donut recipes out there – both traditional and keto – try this pan if you have been thinking about purchasing one to make homemade donuts.
